Trattoria Pizzeria La Fonte In Roccaspinalveti

Every time I come to Abruzzo on holiday, I am happy to go to Roccaspinalveti, to have dinner at the trattoria "La Fonte", a quiet little place that I have already reviewed years ago, and I guarantee that I will confirm everything again. On Sunday evening 11 August I stopped for dinner, where I found the usual very kind welcome that distinguishes this restaurant. Angelica, the owner, welcomed us, even though I hadn't booked, she made herself available to set up an outdoor table as we had our big dog with us, she listed the delicacies prepared by her mother in the kitchen and we ordered. What can I say, for those who know Abruzzo cuisine it was like being at home, rigorously homemade pasta alla guitar and... grilled lamb their "mu st", this is what we chose from the various proposals. I recommend it without a shadow of a doubt......exceptional quality and price, not to mention the quantity.... Excellent.

We had lunch on April 25th with the house menu: starter, two first courses (with an encore of both) mixed roast with baked potatoes, sweet coffee and bitters... all delicious, light without exaggerations of seasoning, we will definitely be back

Easter Monday lunch here, but terrible experience!!! Full of screaming children who even passed under your table. At the table you couldn't say a word, it was such a mess!!! But we ate reasonably well
