I had a wonderful meal at this restaurant. I ordered the vegetarian carbonara: truly delicious!!! Excellent location, easily accessible by public transport. The waiter was very kind and the chef was friendly and amazing. I'll definitely be back!

I spent a fantastic Sunday evening with my family at this restaurant, which, in addition to offering excellent dishes, is a welcoming and comfortable place unlike any other.
Speaking of the food, we were truly surprised by the deliciousness of the dishes, made with top-quality ingredients and served in generous portions that satisfy the palate!
Homemade gnocchi with porcini mushrooms, a delicious dish that conveys all the warmth this place has to offer.
The seafood spaghetti, on the other hand, was amazing; the fresh ingredients created an explosion of flavors that truly left us speechless.
But what really surprised us was the revisited version of carbonara: the seafood one!
A fantastic alternative to the classic one, the mere sight of which makes your mouth water. The perfect blend of tradition and innovation, it surprises and makes you want to devour the dish. I highly recommend it!
The owner and his family are wonderful people; they welcomed us and treated us wonderfully with their infinite kindness.
Many compliments also to the young waitress who served us impeccably and engaged us in delightful conversation!
A wonderful place to spend a peaceful and comfortable evening, with good music, excellent food, and wonderful people who will make you feel at home!

I'm delighted to write a review of this restaurant. I'd like to point out that I'm a university professor and a fairly well-known doctor in the capital. I've also written two cookbooks (Antonio Puccetti: Ricette di vita 1 and 2), which have also been very successful.
When you write about the King of Carbonara, you obviously run the risk of attracting criticism. In reality, there's no such thing as the best carbonara in Rome, because personal taste, cultural background, local customs, and habits all come into play in judgment. In my opinion, there's a specific concept of cuisine that lies behind the dishes prepared, the value placed on the cooking process, and the significance of crafting a dish.
Let's just say that this restaurant and its chef perfectly embody my concept of cuisine, which isn't just the mere execution of dishes in which ingredients are balanced to create a pleasing and enjoyable result for diners. Here, behind the dishes and in long conversations with the chef, I found everything I consider true cuisine made with love and passion, with respect for the ingredients, their authenticity, and their local origins, and with a view to food above all as a cultural event that gives continuity to ancient regional traditions and transmits the values and flavors of traditional regional cuisine to new generations.
I remember that Italian cuisine is the only cuisine in the world designated a World Heritage Site.
That said, the carbonara, for me, is truly the best I've ever tasted (and I've tasted many): just the right balance between crispiness and creaminess, a measured use of pepper, the fried calamari and shrimp is amazing, perfect... the wine biscuits are unique and absolutely fantastic...
So, top-notch cuisine. The staff is made up of young people of various ethnicities, demonstrating that the cuisine can enable and foster the integration process so many talk about.
My heartfelt congratulations! A top-notch place where attention is paid to what you eat, not to decorative frills and ornate dishes that, frankly, are a waste of time.
This is obviously my humble opinion, although I honestly believe I have some expertise in judging a restaurant...
