Trattoria Pizzeria "da Gabriele" In Roma

Last night I ate pizza 🍕, good, only for the very slow service, too much waiting.

Small restaurant, friendly and quick staff, excellent food as well as the quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!!!!

Honestly, I had higher expectations from this "historic" place; a good platter of cold cuts and cheeses rather distant from an "anonymous and rather spongy" steak and a chicory over-sautéed in a preparation of oil with a very spicy pepper-chili flavor. Service was normal and the price was in line even if I was not satisfied at all. I'm sorry but we're not there!

Dishes in the right quantity, perhaps even abundant. Typical Roman dishes, excellent quality and prices perhaps a little lower than normal. Worth trying..... of course everything is subjective.
