In a very rustic, typical trattoria environment we ate very well, the first courses were excellent and the prices were excellent. In front there is a large and convenient car park.

I've known Gabriele for years as I'm from the area but I know plenty of restaurant cuisines and this place is like home......we always go back!!!

Classic hosteria. I often go there on Thursdays for the gnocchi, I must say that they are really excellent. The classic second Romans aren't bad either. Low prices.

Originally a country restaurant - it's been there for 65 years now and I can imagine what the area might have been like back then - wedged between petrol stations and pedestrian crossings. With a little effort you can find it. Nice surprise. The place is not large, but is divided into two or three rooms communicating with each other. Excellent pizzas, large, tasty, very seasoned but not greasy or salty. Very good and well cooked grilled meat; fried foods of various kinds, all very pleasant. Well organized service and Gabriele is kind and helpful to everyone, adults and children. Overall excellent value for money

Typical Roman trattoria, good pizza and welcoming environment. Also possibility of gluten-free dishes, for example the pizza was very good. It doesn't disappoint!

FORTE - Terra, sole, passione

18/12/2024: "How cute is this place!" A stone's throw from home, I had the pleasure of discovering Forte, making me feel at home even 500 km away. A super welcoming shop-restaurant with a design that can be found in the owner's smile, ready to amaze you with the best products that Calabria has to offer. The dishes tasted by me and my cousin were the spaghetti with bergamot, the platter of Calabrian black pig, the bruschetta with onion pâté and the vrasciale, all accompanied by two delicious glasses of wine. To top it all off, there was also the kindness of the waiters. These are the places that are good for the heart. Highly recommended!
11/11/2024: Amazing restaurant, the food it’s the best we eat in Rome. The people there are very kind and friendly. We will return for more.

05/01/2025: what can I say? better than expected, excellent food (tripe top notch), excellent service and....it feels like a place where you've always been, almost like home. I will recommend it!!!
04/01/2025: Typical Testaccio restaurant! Exceptional tonnarelli alla gricia, crunchy bacon! Excellent Roman saltimbocca and raisin and pine nut meatballs! To close, serious tiramisu in a pan, not the sad single-dose ones! Average account! Everyone is very kind!
