We can say that this place is a symbol of Roman culture. A small, remote but quality place. I had a carbonara and simply dug the air. Even though the wait was long, it was certainly rewarded.

Originally a country restaurant - it's been there for 65 years now and I can imagine what the area might have been like back then - wedged between petrol stations and pedestrian crossings.
With a little effort you can find it. Nice surprise.
The place is not large, but is divided into two or three rooms communicating with each other.
Excellent pizzas, large, tasty, very seasoned but not greasy or salty.
Very good and well cooked grilled meat; fried foods of various kinds, all very pleasant.
Well organized service and Gabriele is kind and helpful with everyone, adults and children.
Overall excellent value for money

All the dishes served were delicious. The service, despite the large number of diners, was impeccable. Gabriele's friendliness and professionalism, always present in the room, make you feel like a special guest, courtesy that he has reserved for every table.
Even though it was the first time I went to him, I felt like I was treated like an old customer.
Typical Roman home cooking. Well done Gabriele, I'm sorry I didn't meet you before. Thank you also to your staff, they are very attentive to customer needs.

Typical Roman trattoria, of which there are few left. The first courses are good, the grilled meat is also not bad. The mixed starter of cheeses and cured meats is plentiful and varied.

Per caso , mi si buca la moto poco distante ed ho fame dopo un viaggio sotto la pioggia da Fano di Pesaro.Pure un po' arrabbiato,entro da ....Gabriele ,pieno, in un qualsiasi martedì di maggio . Ambiente vario da ricercatori pierini a massaie in carne , tipo sora Lella se ricordate .Una efficacissima cameriera ( .mmhhh forse tra i titolari ) mi illustra il classico menu romanesco : vabbe : speriamo bene.Arriva un capolavoro di bucatini alla amatriciana da URLO - Leonardo da Vinci,voleva fare una amatriciana così ,ma .incapace si accontento' di Monna Lisa - schrzi a parte ,fanno un menu'ben conosciuto a Roma ,ma lo cucinano in compagnia degli angeli - Bravi ,Bravi ,Bravi 10 con lode , INDUBBIAMENTE

I have felt like i never ate pizza before. Amazing classy italian food! Inside is great family atmosphere where you can feel very cozy. My wife said her carbonara was amazing too!

Partiamo dal personale: cordiale gentile di famiglia, laccoglieza è tipica di chi si tramanda da 3 generazioni una ristotaxione tipica.
Il cibo è veramente made in Roma di qulità con materie prime selezionate.
Tutto buono, mi sono pentito di non aver odimato la pizza perchè vista sui piatti di portata degli altri ospiti era sottile e ben cotta come piace a me... ma fanno primi secondi e antopasti molto abbondanti ed ero pieno!
Fate qualche kilometro fuori Roma centro e chiamate prima per prenotare perchè i posti sono limitati.
L ho conosciuto grazie ad un residente del posto il sig. MINELLO che ringrazio.
Un caro saluto a "zio Gabriele" famiglia e staff, siamo stati davvero bene in un ambiente nel quale si rwspira serenità e ottimo cibo.
Andateci a cuor sereno!
