I had the pleasure of trying Brescian tripe, a typical dish that fully met expectations, and a tender and tasty foal steak, prepared with meat from a local butcher, a sign of special attention to quality and territory . As an aperitif, a glass of Incrocio Manzoni proved to be a perfect accompaniment, thanks to its balanced notes that prepared the palate for the subsequent courses. A memorable meeting was the one with Mrs. Anna, one of the sisters who run the place. His hospitality and passion are reflected in every detail of the service and environment, making the experience even more special. I can't wait to return to try their pizza, renowned for being thin and crunchy, and appreciate the gluten-free and wholemeal pasta option, a choice that demonstrates attention to the needs of all customers. Discovering the Trattoria Croce Bianca was a pleasant surprise, a pearl that deserves to be known and appreciated.

The pizza is the most delicious in Italy. The wines are excellent 👍. The staff is very nice. But the interior inside is very simple and boring, there are not enough paintings and decorations. There is calm music. In Italy there is not enough spring music in establishments. And the menu lacks fish and vegetables.

Sensational discovery. I stopped here, by chance, because I was headed to Val di Lego. The owner is welcoming and the cuisine sensational and phenomenal. I recommend anyone who passes through those parts to stop and appreciate the excellent cuisine!

Lunch with starter, first course, dessert, water, 1/4 Trento DOC wine and Cognac (to stay under 0.5 alcohol), eating here is always a guarantee and at excellent prices. Thanks for the hospitality to the owner Aldo Novoli and to all his collaborators. If you pass through here, if you find a place, stop by, you won't be disappointed. Condigli to those who like to be on lake fish. All traditional local dishes.

We stopped here for lunch on the way and had a great time. I recommend the paccheri with aubergines. The environment is very friendly and easy-going. It's usually crowded and there's a bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Advised.

I stopped by chance as an accident caused a traffic jam. I was able to have lunch outdoors: excellent quality and quantity, kind and friendly staff and normal prices. They accepted my little dog and even provided him with a bowl of water (which is not always a given).
