Vegetable charcoal pizza dough excellent you don't miss the traditional dough too much, excellent ingredients do not save by taking poor quality products. Nice and attentive owner. I also ate the second course of the house on another occasion and I must say that it was more than satisfying loin stuffed with salami and then cut into tasty and light slices. Not to mention the bill then, 12/13€ including wine and cover charge. Highly recommended!!!

04/10/2025: I attended the Franciacorta Festival event at Villa Franciacorta and I must say it was a truly wonderful experience. 🌸🍷 The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, the location meticulously designed, and the wines, as always, were extraordinary. A journey through aromas and flavors that made the day special. Everything was beautiful: impeccable organization, refined tastings, and so much passion in every glass.
01/10/2025: We visited the winery during the Franciacorta Festival: the tour was very interesting, the guy who told and explained the history of the property was really good and friendly; the tasting was well done (3 different samples of vintage wines + taralli and cheese). The organization of the spaces, both in the area where the tasting took place and in the outdoor area where you could have stopped for an extra glass, definitely needs to be reviewed.

15/07/2025: In a very welcoming atmosphere, I found the owner, Nicola, to be very friendly, and the menu was incredibly extensive, featuring both fish and meat. The food was delicious...my compliments and thanks. I'll definitely be back.
