Given that I'm Sicilian and from that area, I'll say: location at the foot of the beautiful Donnafugata Castle.
The menu is very touristy; I remember the fabulous dishes when there weren't so many people here yet.
(Things were better when they were worse ☺️)
The guys serving the tables are nice.
Prices more or less in line with other restaurants.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant located just steps from Donnafugata Castle: a truly enchanting atmosphere that made the experience even more enjoyable. The first courses were excellent and rich in flavor, definitely worth trying. The second courses were also delicious, prepared with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The service was friendly. A perfect place to stop after a visit to the castle. Highly recommended!

A gem that is being discovered but retains the kindness, taste, good manners, and true Sicilianness from Donnafugata was a forgotten place and the trattoria was a small bar with a big heart and great vision.
Traditional food, impeccable and quick services no matter the crowd or occasion. Portions are large and prices are incredible.

We went as a group to this trattoria near Donnafugata Castle and it was an incredible experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the prices were fair. The food was excellent: generous portions (I recommend sharing the side dishes between at least three people), and everything was delicious! The wide selection is sure to please everyone, even the little ones. I highly recommend it!

The place is right in the center of the village of Donnafugata, typical dishes of the Sicilian tradition and others a little less so... Very abundant dishes with affordable prices, good quality of some ingredients, sufficient others like the pork in the ravioli too dry, the cavati overcooked

Good value for money. The pizzas are good, and the starters are good too. I think the €3 cover charge per person and €5 for a large beer are a bit too much. We'll be back, though.

Good, good, we had a truly delicious pizza!! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fast service despite the place being packed both in the courtyard and outside on the street. The dough was well-risen, and the toppings were equally good. We had a great time. Well done!!!
