It's the second time I've returned to eat at Trattoria PES in Oscheri and I'm fully satisfied. If you want traditional dishes, PES is the right place, the authenticity of its dishes is the thing that stands out the most. Don't let the appearance of the place give you away, because the welcome from the staff is very warm. I highly recommend it.

Very fast service, and Dario is an expert who makes sure his guests are satisfied. 👍🏻The food is amazing, and we've been coming to Sardinia for years and know how big the differences are. The food is cooked with love, and the staff are simply very, very friendly. Top-notch food! And at a fair price! Keep it up 😋😍😍😍😋😋
05/06/2025: Quick lunch with friends, last meal on Sardinian soil after a motorcycle tour around the island before taking the ferry. Quality burgers, excellent meat, excellent filling and really soft and good bread. Served with chips and honest price considering the location. All excellent, if we ever return to the area to consider for a quick lunch.

27/05/2025: Amazing experience! Excellent restaurant in Olbia, elegant and well-kept local. Waiters are friendly, professional and polite. The dishes are all really good, with excellent raw materials and well cooked. The bill is fair for the quality (fish) of the food eaten and the service
22/03/2025: Locale bellissimo, personale cordiale e molto accogliente, attento alle attenzioni del cliente, uovo pochè da provare per chi andrà veramente buonissimo, a seguire la pizza ottima per non dire perfetta, dall'imposto ad i condimenti, qualità prezzo 10. Buona scelta dei vini, esposti tanti vini fuori carta. Non vedo l'ora di tornarci.
