Excellent family restaurant serving the best pasta in Roma !! Service is serious but don't hesitate to share some fun with them, they have a nice sense of humour. ^_^

Recommended for those who want excellent Roman cuisine. The carbonara is excellent and plentiful.

Trattoria Perilli is a fantastic dining experience that you absolutely must try when in Rome. The classic Roman cuisine is simply outstanding. You have to order the carbonara—it's served in a massive family-style bowl, perfect for sharing, and was without a doubt the most delicious carbonara we had during our entire trip to Italy. The service was also top-notch. Our waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. To our delight, he surprised us with some complimentary local digestives at the end of our meal, a perfect finishing touch. While Trattoria Perilli is a very popular spot with tourists, it still manages to maintain a wonderful local and family-owned atmosphere. It's the kind of place where you feel like you're getting an authentic Roman experience. Just be sure to make a reservation in advance, as this gem fills up quickly!

I’ve come to Perilli in two trips to Rome, it does disappoint one of the classics. Charming, incredible food and just an overall incredible experience. The carbonara is excellent, the amatriciana was divine and the everything else was perfect! You also must try the zuppa inglese a not so known Roman dessert.

A wonderful, non-touristy spot for authentic Italian food. The dishes were excellent, and the staff was experienced, polite, and attentive. We left very satisfied with both the meal and the service. With lots of love from Lettonia.❤️

A historic restaurant in the Testaccio neighborhood serving traditional Roman cuisine. We had an excellent fritto misto (supplì, potato croquettes, meatballs, battered zucchini) and various pasta dishes (carbonara, amatriciana, and gricia), all of which were extraordinary. Impeccable service.

Buona trattoria romana, con tutti i piatti della tradizione: antipasti (fiori di zucca fritti) primi (buona la carbonara e cacio e pepe) se è stagione assaggiate la puntarelle alla romana (con una salsa di acciughe). Ci andrei per i primi, non altro. Camerieri simpatici, sul prezzo .... ho trovato un po' piccole le porzioni per il costo, io ho mangiato un arrosto (erano davvero 3 fettine), una cosa su cui lavorerei per le cinque stelle.

Locale al Testaccio con un allure anni 80 frequentato anche da molti romani a garanzia della genuinità del cibo. Menù tipicamente romano con tutti i classici della cucina capitolina. Carta dei vini striminzita ma dietro suggerimento del cameriere (gentile,simpatico e premuroso) abbiamo bevuto un buon chardonnay laziale. 50 euro a testa molto ben spesi.
