Exclusively seafood restaurant located on a street parallel to the Adriatic highway. A fairly modest establishment for undemanding diners. The menu offers limited options, typical of family-run establishments and certainly enjoyable. Clean and tidy, with accommodations in a couple of rooms (perhaps it was once an apartment?) and a pleasant outdoor area. The owner is kind, attentive, and a little pushy with orders. Nothing to complain about the quality and tastiness of the dishes, except that they overdid the salt on my fish salad. The desserts are also good, especially my lemon one. Prices are average for similar establishments in the area. If you're passing through...do your own thing.

As soon as we arrived in Pedaso after a seven-hour journey, our first thought was to eat. Trusting the reviews, we headed to this trattoria. The owner, although a bit hurried because he was alone in the dining room, sat us down at a table, asking us to be patient. We ordered almost immediately, and the owner again urged us to be patient. Never has a wait been so pleasant. The appetizers arrived, and while they were plentiful, they had one small flaw: they were "DELIGHTFUL." Not to mention the paccheri allo scoglio (pasta with seafood) were EXCEPTIONAL. We enjoyed it so much that we returned that evening for dinner, and we'll be back again during our stay. Thank you!

Small and splendid trattoria in Pedaso, few seats outside.
All fish and all excellent.
I took seafood parmigiana, mezze maniche allo scoglio, very fresh and absolutely not greasy fried calamari and grilled fish.
Passerina wine that paired perfectly.
Absolutely recommended if you are interested in places where the food is splendid and they don't just pay attention to appearance.

We always stop in Pedaso as a halfway stop during the trip to Puglia. This time our two trusted restaurants were both closed, so we tried to find another... After an hour of searching no one had any seats, others had run out of supplies (at 9 pm!!!), others were very rude. In the end we found this small restaurant, a little out of the way. We went in to ask if there was room, it was now past 9 pm, but despite this they were very nice and made us sit. In addition to the courtesy of the two waiters, the excellent quality of the food is also worthy of praise. We had a great time and now we have a new restaurant to rely on during our travels.

Fantastic, highly recommended...we had a family dinner yesterday, we had 5 seafood appetizers, 5 main courses of stewed fish, grilled fish, mixed fried fish and also cutlet with chips, homemade dessert, exceptional aniseed coffee...super friendly service and really cheap bill...well done well done well done...congratulations!! If you are in the area you have to try it, great!!!

Siamo stati il lunedì di Pasqua. Nonostante fosse affollato il pranzo è stato perfetto, per servizio (cortese e veloce) e per qualità dei piatti.
Ingredienti eccellenti. Il pesce, innanzi tutto, ma anche il contorno di verdura di stagione. Pochi piatti nel menu che è essenziale per tenere la qualità molto alta e allo stesso tempo i prezzi ragionevoli.
Ottima la grigliata, il fritto, la parmigiana, le alici scottadito
