March 8th!!!! I called to book and unfortunately the first place was free at 1:30 PM. I replied that with 3 children it was too late!!! After 10 minutes my phone rang and said yes, a table was free. Come whenever you want. It was 12:20 PM. I was in disbelief!!!! The children were already upset at finding another place. Welcoming place, you feel at ease, the staff is super kind and helpful, excellent menu with so many choices that you don't find everywhere, everything was excellent, not to mention the UNIQUE desserts!!! We will definitely be returning!!!! THANK YOU OFFICINA

For lovers of the genre it will also be good, for my tastes the evaluation I made was the best I could do

The "meter-splitter" is excellent

Drawn by the numerous videos circulating online, I decided to try Officina dei Sapori. They have a variety of options on the menu, ideal for everyone. You can find platters, meat, burgers, and meatballs. The appetizers offered on the house as soon as you arrive deserve a special mention: fried gnocchi, taralli, and salami; they were truly appreciated. The meatballs with cheddar and bacon are truly interesting, and the dog is very good. The cheddar isn't heavy, but balanced; I would have used more bacon. Let's get to the sandwiches: Halabama with balanced pulled pork, with interesting and not too abundant coleslaw. The meat was tender. I would have used more BBQ sauce to give it that extra kick of flavor, but overall, it was very good. Double Smash: there's nothing smashy about it, no reaction from the meat, and no crust. Despite this, the meat is certainly very good, and the sandwich is well-balanced with sauces and cheddar, but it's not the classic smash you're imagining (you can see the thickness of the meat in the photo). The cross fries were good, and definitely different from the classic dippers. A negative note about the sweet potatoes: I asked the waiter for a change, but he didn't tell me there would be a surcharge, so I found a lack of transparency. I also noticed that the Halabama sandwich uses very thin sweet potatoes, which are the same ones placed next to my sandwich. Reading other reviews, however, I noticed that the sweet potatoes served were very different from mine, which I found to be truly bland and lukewarm (I ordered them because they weren't making more sandwiches, perhaps, and they would have left them over?). It's a shame, otherwise I would have definitely given it 5 stars, but the lack of transparency, then finding myself with a €1.50 surcharge for that type of product, leads me to lower it. I'll definitely give it another chance because it has great potential. Overall, very good, attention to detail.

We were simply blown away by the deliciousness and quality of the food. We'd never been to this place before, but were drawn in by the various posts on social media. Everything was amazing, from the Ferrarini stew, prosciutto crudo, burrata, fried gnocco, and delicious meatballs in sauce, to the delicate, melt-in-the-mouth spiced beef tartare, to the super-abundant and tasty Blanco sandwich, to the sauces... fantastic. We only had one dessert because the portions were so generous (not a given these days, and highly appreciated), and the Kinder egg was delicious 😍. What can I say, an explosion of flavor, a youthful atmosphere, impeccable service... we have to go back to try everything else 🤣

Very well-maintained venue with friendly, helpful staff. Very good food and good value. Innovative concept, especially the coffee served with a chocolate spoon and an edible wafer "cup." A place I'd love to return to!

A lovely place. I'd been there a few years ago and returned now after the management change in 2021. The menu offers a wide selection of meat dishes, from grilled meats to burgers, from meatballs to pork knuckle, plus an excellent selection of side dishes, excellent beers, and creative desserts. We tried the beer-marinated and fried pork tomahawk, the pork knuckle, which was incredibly tender and well-cooked, and even a few meatball samples. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. We'll definitely be back.

I went for lunch on a Thursday evening, the day they offer an all-you-can-eat schiacciate deal, and I was impressed by the variety and deliciousness of the products I sampled. The staff were friendly and polite, the prices were affordable, and the food was quality. Highly recommended.

Great evening with meatballs that reminded me of those of my childhood. Also other free foods and then excellent desserts made by the owner 😋😋😋
