Great food with professional service.

A tasty and relaxing lunch during the Christmas holidays, unfortunately without a panoramic view due to the season. However, the fireplace made the atmosphere more welcoming. The service was quick and friendly, starting with a welcome wine tasting and breadsticks, followed by great care in each preparation and presentation. The raw beef was fresh and of high quality. The round was tender, and the sauce was bold but didn't overpower the flavor of the meat. The agnolotti were perfect, as per tradition. We paired them with an excellent Ruché di Castagnole and concluded with desserts equally worthy of a taste: the warm zabaglione made every bite of the hazelnut cake, which on its own would tend to crumble, delicious; the crushed amaretti biscuits on the bunet created a perfect contrast with the soft chocolate base that melted in the mouth. Prices were normal. It would be ideal to return in the warmer months to enjoy the panoramic view of the hills, but I would recommend this trattoria regardless.

Restaurant with excellent value for money. A very friendly welcome with a sausage and a glass of sparkling wine! The service and welcome were very good. The meat was excellent and cooked to perfection. The Barbera del Monferrato wine, from the region, was very pleasant. For once, I actually enjoyed the Sabayon for dessert. Thank you to the chef!

We left Turin specifically to have lunch at the panoramic Sarroc restaurant, and we were more than satisfied. The food was truly excellent, from appetizer to dessert, and the wine and coffee were also excellent. Compliments to the chef. 5 stars

With a group of friends, we went for "bagna cauda day." The place was nice, fairly convenient for parking, and the panoramic view is only available if you're upstairs, but there are limited seats and the view is "cut" by several cables. The price was expensive for the amount of food; the bagna cauda was very salty and you couldn't taste the garlic at all; a bowl of vegetables with a raw egg that took 20 minutes to cook; we had to beg for bread, and only the "bottoms" of the ciabatta bread arrived—sliced ​​bread was good but barely counted—a small raw meatball, and a thin slice of bonet! Not even once did they ask if anyone wanted more. Even though someone was still eating, they started clearing the table and were even taking away the typical "bib"—it seemed like they wanted us to leave. The wines were plentiful and good, but that's not enough... Very disappointing...

Very nice restaurant. Nice and knowledgeable staff. Luckily we hit the season for white truffles. Several in the group ate the truffle menu with raw steak, tagliatelle, fried egg and ice cream. All dishes with grated white truffle on top. Very good.
