Meat is always a spectacle for the palate... cooking and spices always at the right point.

Gluten-free friendly! I got the separate gluten-free menu, as well as gluten-free sanck, as a starter. Nice atmosphere, kind staff, beautiful surrounding. And you have to try Franciacorta here! 😊

Great for fans of unusual foods like snails, horse meat or deer meat, although regular italian cuisine lovers will find something for themselves too.

The food is very good but the room is too hot

Typical cuisine restaurant, nice place in an excellent location, trattoria-style environment of a slightly higher standard than a classic local trattoria. Excellent starter with two types of polenta, bagoss with grilled speck and mixed cold cuts. The polenta with venison and the Florentine steak are very good. The bill is very very painful, although we ate well, we will absolutely not return as we spent 60 euros per person for having essentially eaten several hot and cold appetizers to divide between everyone, everyone only took 1 second course and one person only took the first course , without desserts and above all without bottled wine but only house wine, without desserts. Are we kidding? 60 euros, in fact there is a reason why the restaurant is almost empty on Friday evening. I think there are many other places that definitely eat the same things for much less, too bad it was a 45 euro dinner, they wanted to exaggerate by even asking for the last cents of the bill. WE WILL NOT BE BACK…

Local dishes revisited with excellent quality and courtesy

Passeggiando nel mezzo della Franciacorta ,da Panevino c’è da sbizzarrirsi . Da anni una conferma . Dall’ antipasto ai dolci tante proposte . Cucina genuina . Servita con attenzione garbo e passione . Ampia scelta dei vini . Le piastre con il cibo sfrigolante rendono l’atmosfera appetitosa . Solo un suggerimento . Forse ogni tanto meglio arieggiare , visto il cospicuo numero di finestre . Sempre top i raviolacci e la frutta al cioccolato fuso ( Non presenti nel menu attuale , da richiedere ).

Ci siamo stati il 25 aprile a cena. Una locanda con prezzi da ristorante, ma la qualità del cibo ed il servizio davvero buoni. Forse la location interna un attimo da rivedere negli spazi e nell'areazione (i vestiti sapevano di cibo in maniera molto forte). Un cervo con polenta e uno stracotto d'asino sempre con polenta, con calici di vino del posto (franciacorta, serve dire altro?), sorbetto al rosso e panna cotta con composta di mirtilli homemade. Se in zona da tornarci senza dubbio
