What a wonderful place. Just 10 minutes from Moneglia, this trattoria surprised me with its traditional Ligurian dishes served in generous quantities and remarkable quality. Fantastic fried porcini mushrooms... Truly delicious homemade ravioli. The Ligurian-style rabbit was truly excellent. And last but not least, the homemade chocolate cake... divine. For two, we paid €62 in total... including another first course and house wine 🍷. The service was prompt and unobtrusive, yet always attentive. Congratulations, congratulations, congratulations. An excellent trattoria in the hills above Moneglia, offering typical Ligurian dishes and more.

Very kind staff, exceptional owner, and excellent food. Since we went in the summer, we ate outside on the terrace shaded by a kiwi and a grapevine. The view was beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone, and the service was impeccable. The food was truly excellent, and most importantly, everything was prepared by them. The price was truly reasonable for the quality of the food, the service, and the ambiance. They also have a spacious parking lot right in front of the entrance. If you happen to be in the area, or if you're just visiting for them, I highly recommend it. It's a truly fantastic experience.

La Trattoria Pagliettini ci ha conquistati con la sua atmosfera calorosa e la cucina genuina. I piatti, semplici ma preparati con grande cura, erano tutti freschi, saporiti e abbondanti ...dalla carne tenerissima agli ingredienti di qualità eccellente. Un apprezzamento particolare va anche alla cura con cui sono state gestite alcune esigenze alimentari della nostra famiglia, con piatti preparati separatamente per nostra figlia celiaca. Importanti tocchi davvero premurosi, come i cuculli fritti al momento o le patatine in olio dedicato.Siamo stati lì per un compleanno. Mentre la festeggiata aveva una torta su ordinazione, lo staff ha avuto l’attenzione di portare una deliziosa torta al cioccolato con mandorle anche per nostra figlia, senza bisogno di chiedere nulla. Un gesto che l’ha fatta sentire pienamente parte della festa. Il tutto in un contesto pittoresco, sulle alture di Moneglia. Una cena speciale, consigliatissima per chi cerca un’esperienza autentica, curata e davvero accogliente.
