Excellent Pisan trattoria. We went here for a family lunch on Sunday and had a wonderful meal. The appetizer was traditional Tuscan and featured high-quality cured meats. The tagliolini with mushrooms were, I dare say, out of this world, the tagliata was delicious, and the homemade desserts were excellent.
The staff were friendly and helpful. The price was fair and in line with the quality of the food.

Excellent restaurant in the center of Buti.
Specializing in traditional Tuscan cuisine, we ate:
spaghetti with porcini mushrooms, stringozzi with Cinta ragù, tripe Butese-style, and sliced Cinta beef with a side of porcini mushrooms and beans... everything was truly EXCELLENT, as were the homemade desserts.
The service was attentive and fast. We were guests, so I didn't pay, but the prices on the menu are definitely reasonable.
Reservations are required because it's always busy.

Everything was impeccable. My family has been celebrating holidays, birthdays, and communions there for years, and I can tell you I'd never stop going back to Alberto's. The dishes are guaranteed to be very generous, and when you leave, you're glad you've eaten out these days.
