I ate as if I were invited home by Tuscan friends (and I am).... the tripe alla butese is the livers to die for... the house red wine in questionable carafes was acidic, the only questionable note...

The best restaurant I've ever eaten in. Without ifs or buts. From the first course, to the second courses, to the side dishes, to the desserts, whether it is game or farmed, everything is absolutely delicious. 1000% recommended!!!

In the historic center, one of the best restaurants in the country, the owner Alberto is a truly exquisite person. Typical Butese food, good and at the right price.

A wonderful place, probably exactly what you are looking for in a small Tuscan town. Delicious pasta, perfect meat and amazing desserts. In addition, great service, headed by the owner, Signor Pacci. Thanks for a great hospitality, definitely recommend it

Siamo stati molte volte a mangiare in questa trattoria, qualità prezzo idoneo, gentili e puliti, consigliato il posto, unica pecca non c’è la musica di sottofondo e il gatto nero e bianco

24/12/2024: I am pleasantly surprised, I already knew the restaurant, but I had never been there. It can't be explained, you have to come there. In the last 2 years, it is the restaurant where I have eaten better, better and to say the least, tasty and balanced dishes, the service is fast and pleasant. The highlight was the melted chocolate tart, with orange reduction!!!!😱 I don't think I've eaten such a tasty dessert! We will always return!! Thank you for this Christmas Eve.

08/12/2024: Really excellent restaurant. Warm, family atmosphere. Friendly staff attentive to customer needs. Excellent food with truffle specialities. The Tuscan starter with truffle fondue, the tagliolini with truffle, the tartar with truffle and the egg with truffle are excellent. Prices on par with what you eat. Everything top, even the desserts. I recommend it. We will definitely be back.
05/12/2024: Everything perfect, from the food to the staff. The best truffle gnocchi in my life!
