06/01/2025: The Central Market’s famous tripe buns and beef burgers were said online to be outside the venue, which made us go around in circles, but it turned out to be outside the venue. This is an old shop that has been in business since 1872. The famous tripe buns and beef buns are both 5€. The minced tripe and stewed tender beef are seasoned with pesto and chili. They are tasty and strong. The bread is crispy and the inside is warm. Moist and perfect for Taiwanese taste. Fortunately, I came here to try it before leaving Florence. I highly recommend it.
