Our last meal in Florence was here and it did not disappoint. Quality was topnotch and the service was excellent. It’s just next door to the Michelangelo house/museum, we were a bit early for lunch, around 11:30 am and we were lucky enough to get a table without a reservation. Place quickly got full by lunch so better have a reservation if you plan to go just to be sure.

A wonderful place! Delicous food, super efficient and friendly service. Their polenta and porchini special and ribollita soup were hearty and well prepared. Great atmosphete. Will be back tomorrow.

If I could give this a 6 star review, I would. We ordered and ate dinner (chicken special, florentine steak, scallop pasta, pistachio salmon) and then ordered more entrees because it was so delicious. Best food we’ve eaten in Italy. We also bought a 10000mL box of house wine to go, unreal experience.

While I enjoy the dishes at Da Que' Ganzi, I'll leave a review for these fantastic guys. The cuisine is top-notch. Wonderful and, above all, PLENTY of dishes, from the appetizers to the desserts. 5 stars! ❤️

Abbiamo pranzato nella trattoria il 19 aprile, in periodo di pienone turistico. La posizione è centralissima e l'ambiente accogliente, pulito e curato. Servizio ottimo, efficiente e cordiale, con speciale gentilezza verso i nostri bambini. Buona cucina (ottimo il lampredotto) e prezzi giusti. Saremmo tornati volentieri anche il giorno successivo, ma erano già pieni. Uno speciale ringraziamento a Jessica (spero di ricordare bene il nome), bravissima e dolcissima coi piccoli.

Uno dei pochi locali in cui si assapora con cura la tradizione toscana. Tutto ottimo dall’antipasto al dolce, staff gentile e prezzi onesti per la qualità dei piatti! Straconsigliato!

21/10/2025: We stopped for a pasta dish and continued our activities in the center of Florence. That's why I only had pici alla Carbonara (€15) with fried guanciale pieces, which added a kick to the Carbonara sauce, which was too thick with egg. Quality bread and olive oil (€2.50) were served, and a pint of beer (€8) was a definite plus, which lowered the rating.
21/10/2025: Warm & atmospheric Osteria recommended by Air BB family I am staying with. Classic and simple menu of well executed Tuscan favourites. Service was super friendly and despite being busy on a Tuesday night, found me a nice table for one. Had the Pici with sausage and truffles which was lovely.

12/11/2025: Excellent experience, absolute quality of the meat... impeccable service, very kind staff... exceptional homemade desserts... a restaurant of reference when we are in Tuscany... highly recommended
11/11/2025: You'll eat excellent traditional Tuscan dishes. You'll spend a fair amount. You'll find friendly service in a very pleasant osteria-like atmosphere. What more can I say? We'll definitely be back.
