Not to be missed in Florence, definitely in the top 3 trattorias in this city for me: Excellent Tuscan classics, lots of variety in the menu and for all prices - you can eat very simple and delicious dishes as well as more elaborate and high quality dishes! Big bonus for wine lovers, the owner advises very well, very good place to discover Tuscan wines. And of course super welcoming staff!

First time, pleasant environment, very friendly staff. We had a fish dinner, good quality, generous portions, adequate price. Experience to repeat!

During my visit to Da Que’ Ganzi Trattoria Osteria, I was absolutely charmed by the dining experience. I opted for the pici alle briciole su crema di burrata, an exquisite dish where the delicacy of the burrata cream blends perfectly with the crunch of the flavored bread crumbs. The freshness and quality of the ingredients were undeniable, and every bite was a pure delight. To accompany this dish, I chose the house white wine, which turned out to be an excellent choice. Light and balanced, it enhanced the flavors of the meal. The warm atmosphere and attentive welcome from the staff also contributed to making this evening memorable. In summary, Da Que’ Ganzi is an essential address in Florence to enjoy authentic Tuscan cuisine at a remarkable quality-price ratio. I highly recommend this trattoria and will definitely return!

We were lucky enough to have dinner at this restaurant on Sunday 5 January. Simply fantastic! The kindness of the waiter and owner is truly unique and the dishes left us truly satisfied. Honorable mention for their cheesecake with salted caramel topping, but equally exceptional were the Tuscan crostini and the first ones we took. A thousand thanks!!!
