How can you write something about this trattoria... How can you rate the food and the trattoria... The place exudes time gone by and great delicacies served with simplicity... I came here specifically for the fried eel, I ordered a portion for two... Culatello Burro di Sopramento and Tortelli.... Grandma's stuff, but the good ones.... The eel is something mythical, out of time... Too exaggeratedly good.... Next time, catfish... No one can judge L'Ongina, it is the trattoria par excellence, like it or not... And the weather, the cicadas, and the heat can get over it, L'Ongina is for refined palates...

I've known this place since I was little, it seems like time has stopped here! We ate very well as always, unbeatable culatello and fried gnocco! Not to mention the fried eel and homemade cappelletti. I hope to return soon, a pleasant detour returning to Rome from a business trip.

31/03/2025: Great experience, very friendly owners. I ate very well in the company of my friends and the environment was very good and familiar
31/03/2025: Sunday lunch with friends. Mrs. Barbara very nice, genuine and transparent! Very helpful and kind staff. The mixed Piacenza cured meats with fried gnocco and abundant Zola ravioli are very good. We then finished with mixed grill and french fries. The shade of the porch with the exposed swimming pool and the tranquility of a family environment made this lunch pleasant and relaxing before returning to Milan. Advise
