Very good food, attentive and welcoming service, historic setting in a top-notch neighborhood. The last star is missing due to the somewhat high prices.

Excellent traditional Tuscan cuisine with a spectacular view of the Florentine hills. The ribollita and the delicious fried veal brain are highly recommended! This trattoria is highly recommended!

A bit far away from Florence yet the trip is worth it.
The roasted rabbit was superb, and the fried artichokes were magnificent.

Super delicious, a traditional and historic trattoria in Florence!
We agreed on a set menu with house wine, two first courses (tortelli with ragu and mushroom rice), two second courses (fried chicken, grilled vegetables, and Florentine steak), and coffee.
We also ordered a dessert each and a liqueur, for a total of €57.
A very competitive price compared to similar trattorias in Florence.
Stunning view and a deli corner for a tasty snack to take home!

Historic trattoria in the Florentine hills.
Parking is often difficult to find given the scarcity in the area.
The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, serving a wide variety of Florentine specialties, including fried foods and traditional pasta dishes. Portions are slightly below average.
Extensive selection of local and international wines.
Friendly service, but the bill is slightly pricey, likely due to the historic atmosphere and location.

I rarely give 5 stars: this place deserves them all, without a doubt. For those who have never been there (like me before this sublime experience), you enter and feel like you're in a cured meats and cheese shop, but then you walk a few more meters and you're in the dining room, where the extremely kind and attentive staff makes you feel at home, suggesting—if you ever had any doubts!—what to eat. Needless to say, I had a bruschetta with chicken livers for my first course and then a huge Florentine steak, which I attacked with its phenomenal meatiness. I don't even remember if I had dessert, considering I drank some sublime wines (red and white)! I'm not bragging, but I love good food: I would have put up a tent and camp bed at the entrance, and if I'd had more time, I would have stayed there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 10 days!
