A special place. A meal for which you travel, like us, 350 km from Trentino and bring back excellent memories and authentic flavours. A truly fairytale place.

Trattoria a little outside Florence, we ate very well from starters to desserts, we had many different things, there were 11 of us, it deserves everything.

Gran comida, gran servicio, auténtico restaurante de la Toscana! Muy buena carta de vinos. Aunque el lugar estaba lleno, el servicio era muy bueno.

Sono e siamo clienti fissi, stasera non i coppia o famiglia ma ci colleghi di lavoro, il posto è una garanzia e la qualità pure, stasera abbiamo notato un po’ poca attenzione ai dettagli, dai piatti al servizio, fermo restando la qualità del cibo alta. Sarà stato un caso.. Prezzi altini in proporzione e anche col 25% di sconto

02/01/2025: A truly very welcoming place. Clean, heated, scented room. The thing I always notice when I go to places is if the inhabitants are then permeated with the smells of the kitchen. I have to say with great pleasure that I left the place without any smell of cooking, excellent😉. Very clean and well-maintained toilets. Excellent cuisine, very fast and exhaustive service from the waiters in explaining the dishes. We tasted an excellent appetizer, 4 first courses, each different from the other, all tasty and the meat cooked to perfection, an excellent wine 8380 (I recommend it). I recommend you book A place that deserves my compliments 👏

07/01/2025: It's okay. For hamburgers, the bread is hard but the amount of tripe is small, so boiled pork is recommended.
06/01/2025: The Central Market’s famous tripe buns and beef burgers were said online to be outside the venue, which made us go around in circles, but it turned out to be outside the venue. This is an old shop that has been in business since 1872. The famous tripe buns and beef buns are both 5€. The minced tripe and stewed tender beef are seasoned with pesto and chili. They are tasty and strong. The bread is crispy and the inside is warm. Moist and perfect for Taiwanese taste. Fortunately, I came here to try it before leaving Florence. I highly recommend it. The famous tripe buns and beef burgers in the Central Market. Someone on the Internet said they were on the outside, so we took a detour, but it turned out they were on the outside. An old shop since 1872, the famous tripe buns and beef buns are both 5€. The minced tripe and stewed tender beef are seasoned with green sauce and chili. They are delicious and strong. The bread is crispy and warm inside. Moist and very suitable for Taiwanese taste. Fortunately, I came over to try it before leaving Florence. I highly recommend it.
