Located near the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, this trattoria offers indoor and outdoor seating. It's the ideal place to savor traditional Roman cuisine: carbonara, amatriciana, abbacchio, and more. The complimentary dish of extra virgin olive oil, served with delicious slices of homemade bread, is especially appreciated. Service is quick and professional, and prices are reasonable. This trattoria came as a recommendation and was fantastic! Raviolis and caprese salad were chef’s kiss! The surrounding neighborhood was delightful and a short walk to the Colosseum.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The staff were so accommodating with us walking in without reservation. We had the caprese, pesto, and filet were amazing. Our best meal in Rome. The staff were extremely kind. Thank you!

Beautiful, authentic trattoria.
The food isn't great, but it's decent. The prices aren't too high for a Roman restaurant: 3 courses plus drinks = 50-70 euros per person.
The service is excellent; you're treated very friendly. Even as a tourist and even as a single person in a restaurant!

Dining on my own, couldn’t of asked for anywhere better. So attentive and friendly, recommended me a wine for each course, and the food was as good as I’ve had in Italy (in 18 years of being here). As a side note, the Grappa that they recommended was wonderful (can’t remember its name - began with an ‘N’).

Preciosa comida , aceptaron nuestra reserva con retraso. ¡Disfruté especialmente los mejillones y el vino! Fue una pena que la pareja se sentó a nuestro lado riendo y dándonos miradas cuando intentamos hablar italiano! Pero no dejamos que arruinara nuestra comida comimos mucho y sin duda volveríamos!! muchas gracias
