I went for a business dinner, but work took a back seat.
Each dish was a unique emotion! Presentation, tastes, combinations, colors... I had no memories.
Starting from the initial cocktail, I had a Negroni, it was an escalation that is hard to find.
The dining room staff was exquisite and very kind, in the kitchen a chef who deserved all the compliments we gave him when he left.
A place in Olbia that I will carry with me and when I return I will definitely have to go there!!
Absolutely worth trying!

The Mattacchiones team provided top-notch catering for a wonderful wedding. The food was really incredibly tasty and the whole team was super helpful, well organized and absolutely friendly. Thank you for making this wedding a little more beautiful!

The food was made and presented to perfection, the flavours are Distinguishedly, finally balanced.
The owners and staff are very nice and made me feel welcomed.
I don't understand why this gem of a restaurant isn't on the Michelin guide

I went to this restaurant at the beginning and end of my holiday in Sardinia. It is one of the best restaurants in Olbia!

We had a wonderful evening. The reservation (recommended) was easy to make online.
The meal was a delight. We chose the eight-course fish menu and a slightly chilled red wine. The individual courses were served at a sufficient distance and explained individually.
Just like the food, the service was also outstanding.

Siamo ritornate in questo ristorante dopo un po’ di tempo e abbiamo ritrovato l’estrosità dello chef. Tutto eccellente, personale delizioso, accogliente e preparato. Bello ritrovare la Sardegna attraverso materie prime rivisitate ed elaborate.
La mela, come dolce finale, una meraviglia! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo

Non è la prima volta che andiamo in questo ristorante. Ho assaggiato il cappuccino di cozze 2015, il fusillone con anguilla fumè e muggine crudo, marinato e cotto. Tutto molto buono.
Se poi si aggiunge, oltre alla maestria del cuoco Giuseppe, la professionalità, la preparazione e gentilezza del personale in sala (tra cui la moglie del cuoco) direi che l’unico commento da scrivere è: cena perfetta!
Una menzione speciale va alla moglie (purtroppo ho un lapsus e non mi ricordo il nome) in quanto ti spiega la provenienza e uvaggio del vino scelto (carta dei vini molto interessante) con estrema passione e precisione.
Ci tornerò senz’altro.
