High level restaurant where you can enjoy a true culinary experience. Exceptional dinner in a warm, intimate and welcoming environment. Extremely refined dishes and excellent quality ingredients, served and presented with love and professionalism. Excellent wines. Congratulations to the owners Rossella and Giuseppe (the great chef) and their staff, who put their soul into their work and make you feel at home. This restaurant has no equal in the city and I can't wait to go back.

A SHOW!!!!!!!!
I went for a business dinner, but work took a back seat.
Each dish was a unique emotion! Presentation, tastes, combinations, colors... I had no memories.
Starting from the initial cocktail, I had a Negroni, it was an escalation that is hard to find.
The dining room staff was exquisite and very kind, in the kitchen a chef who deserved all the compliments we gave him when he left.
A place in Olbia that I will carry with me and when I return I will definitely have to go there!!
Absolutely worth trying!

The Mattacchiones team provided top-notch catering for a wonderful wedding. The food was really incredibly tasty and the whole team was super helpful, well organized and absolutely friendly. Thank you for making this wedding a little more beautiful!

Ambiente molto curato in stile contemporaneo, nonostante non si trovi in uno degli angoli più caratteristici di Olbia. Menù degustazione by the sea interessante e sicuramente molto scenografico. Estro in cucina e’ una dichiarazione di intenti, scritta anche sulla tavola e leggibile in tutte le portate. Originale l’idea del cappuccino con cozze, patate e fagioli. Servizio molto attento e organizzato.

The food was made and presented to perfection, the flavours are Distinguishedly, finally balanced.
The owners and staff are very nice and made me feel welcomed.
I don't understand why this gem of a restaurant isn't on the Michelin guide
