Every time at "Mattacchione, estro in cucina" is an experience for the palate. Chef Giuseppe knows well how to treat raw materials and each dish is an experience, a journey into new and old flavours, which come together pleasantly. I define it as a "palatable" experience. Super highly recommended, give in to the Mattacchione's pampering.

Una cena perfetta, nonostante io sia molto difficile e limitata nei gusti, mi sono lasciata andare alla loro cucina, semplicemente sensazionale, sapori ottimi.
Personale molto preparato, gentili e scrupolosi nelle spiegazioni sui piatti, ho anche apprezzato tantissimo il loro abbigliamento , semplicemente perfetto all'interno di una location curata nel dettaglio .
Un posto dove sicuramente mi piacerebbe ritornare.

High level restaurant where you can enjoy a true culinary experience. Exceptional dinner in a warm, intimate and welcoming environment. Extremely refined dishes and excellent quality ingredients, served and presented with love and professionalism. Excellent wines. Congratulations to the owners Rossella and Giuseppe (the great chef) and their staff, who put their soul into their work and make you feel at home. This restaurant has no equal in the city and I can't wait to go back.

I went for a business dinner, but work took a back seat.
Each dish was a unique emotion! Presentation, tastes, combinations, colors... I had no memories.
Starting from the initial cocktail, I had a Negroni, it was an escalation that is hard to find.
The dining room staff was exquisite and very kind, in the kitchen a chef who deserved all the compliments we gave him when he left.
A place in Olbia that I will carry with me and when I return I will definitely have to go there!!
Absolutely worth trying!
