They suggested Trattoria nuova da Pupo, happy to have it followed the advice... Kind and welcoming staff, tasty dishes with fresh and quality raw materials... SPECIAL MENTION TO THE TUNA TARTARE 😋😋. Thanks, we'll be back soon.

We visited this restaurant today and were really impressed! The atmosphere is really nice and cozy. The service is good, the ladies are nice and don't keep you waiting long. Italian and English work well. We had the house wine white, a dry, fruity wine. Very tasty! The tuna tatakis is extremely tender, fresh and full-bodied! Served with puree (see photo) is a DELIGHT! ❤️ The beef fillet with purple puree is also a feast for the eyes and mouth ❤️ Portions just right, you'll be full! Tiramisu is airy and fresh! Value for money 10/10! Recommended!

06/05/2025: Due giorni nel territorio di Austis con amici; cena nell’ agriturismo “da Valore, dove Pierpaolo, il nuovo gestore, ci ha accolto con un’ottima cena (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) a base di eccellenze sapientemente preparate.. Dal ricco antipasto al dolce, ogni portata ha esaltato la qualità dei prodotti del Barigadu: ricotta fresca, pancetta croccante, cipolle caramellate, fegatini di pecora, ravioli, gnocchetti ricotta e zafferano , maialetto e finocchi arrosto, seada e un digestivo finale👏👏👏👏👏
28/04/2025: We came across this farmhouse after the Easter holidays, and outside lunch hours. There were no customers and we had no reservation, but the manager still welcomed us very well, lighting the fireplace and offering us a limited menu (starters, first courses and desserts) but still very rich, well looked after and very good. Even though he is not directly a producer, he explained to us the origins of the producers he collaborates with. He also told us that just 9 months ago he took over the management of this company again (after a "gap" of a few years). This may explain the slew of negative reviews from a few years ago, probably relating to the old management. Recommended.
