A typical Salento restaurant, I'd say family-run. There were three of us with a small dog, and we'd made reservations without any problems. Everything was very good, tasty, and at the end of the meal they offered us a tart (baked, like everything else, by the owner's wife) with orange marmalade. I would gladly return.

We went to Trattoria Messapica for dinner and it was a truly wonderful experience! 🌟 Excellent food, generous and authentic dishes, a welcoming place with attention to detail. The owners are incredibly kind and skilled at making guests feel at home. We had a wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Pizzeria e Braceria da Tonino & Gaetano

30/11/2025: I was already familiar with this place, and once again I found the products to be excellent, from the meats to the pizzas, prepared with select ingredients and great care. The experience was overall positive, although the service could be more efficient: the wait times in the pizza area were quite long. With better service management, the place could offer an even more complete and satisfying experience.
20/11/2025: We've been regulars at this restaurant since its old location in Torre Ovo. But tonight we were even more surprised after ordering the new addition: a house appetizer of 8 portions for two people. The food we received wasn't too much for four people, but the freshness and authenticity of the dishes were unrivaled. Our sincerest compliments to those who prepared these dishes, which are truly delicious, even though I disagree with the price, as they should cost much more. They're well deserved.

20/01/2026: Hi, today I ate kebab for the first time in this kebab shop and I have to say I really enjoyed it. The two guys were very kind and very welcoming. In the end, the kebab was really excellent 🥰
