Ho cenato alla Trattoria Il Merlo con un’amica e siamo rimaste piacevolmente colpite. Il personale è molto gentile e il menu offre una vasta scelta tra antipasti, carne, pesce e piatti vegetariani. Abbiamo iniziato con un’insalata di carciofi squisita, seguita da una tartare che si scioglieva in bocca e una tagliata deliziosa con salsa al pepe verde. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è giusto. L’ambiente è accogliente, perfetto per chiacchierare dopo cena, ed è consigliato non solo d’estate grazie al bel dehor, ma anche d’inverno per l’interno accogliente. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente!

In occasione della cresima di mia nipote mia figlia ha organizzato nella loro sala a vetrate il pranzo per amici e parenti, nonostante fossimo una sessantina di persone tra adulti e bambini, il servizio è stato eccellente
Abbiamo mangiato molto bene.

We ordered a mixed starter, various types of cold cuts (nothing special) I would also have liked to taste some cheese but there was no trace. The polenta with mushrooms and porcini mushrooms was good to taste. The lamb chops were also very popular, the veal fillet at a certain point I couldn't cut anymore because it was too big/swollen so much so that it looked like it wasn't cooked on the inside. I didn't finish it.
The room outside is very nice and warm, the windows create a nice atmosphere. The guy, I think the owner, who took the order was very kind and knowledgeable.

Quiet and homely environment, in winter it is very warm.
Brescian dishes such as casoncelli, polenta and mushrooms, and very good stuffed rabbit, made with fresh ingredients of their production.
Honest prices, absolutely worth trying.
