Delicious food - the pasta and the fresh sea bass were SO good. Very accommodating with gluten free options. The house white wine wasn’t great but made up for by the food.

Menu with about 5 choices for appetizer, first courses, second courses and desserts. Everything is very well-prepared, good and generous portions. The restaurant is in the historic center, very suggestive Places outside and also inside Recommended

Restaurant Medusa is an excellent seafood restaurant. Antipasti and their risotto are exceptional. Please note that probably this is the only restaurant in Italy that DOES NOT SERVE COFFEE. It is the Chef’s decision. No worries, Giovanni from the bar next door can help you out. 😎

Fresh and very good food, the raw fish, the octopus salad and the Mazara prawns were fabulous, Fatima was very nice and kind and gave us good advice, the only flaw was the house wine as I recommend changing the type of wine, we had to change for a label on the menu, and for those who are Italian THERE IS NO COFFEE which is something I've never seen before but everyone does as they think best... But for the food we will definitely be back

Este era un restaurante encantador en una hermosa parte de Ortigia. Nos dieron una cálida bienvenida, y la comida era excelente, fresca y tradicional. Fue nuestra primera noche en Sicilia, y una gran manera de comenzar nuestra estancia.

29/12/2023: Pizza napoletana eccellente, molto digeribile. Locale spazioso, curato dallo stile particolare e avvolgente. Servizio molto gentile e sopratutto veloce. Posizione sulla strada ma comunque a pochi passi dal mare.

18/05/2025: Location that you don't expect vintage-retro style really well cared for and that really makes you exclaim "wow". The dishes are well presented and really good (creamed cod and orecchiette that replaced the ravioli, deserve a special mention). The dining room service is courteous, kind .... but: 1) the menus are brought (where 3 first courses and 3 red wines are indicated in addition to appetizers and second courses) where the ravioli and the Rossese di Dolceacqua are indicated not deleted, whose absence is reported only at the time of ordering 2) after the appetizers, what was ordered to follow does not arrive at the table correctly (the orecchiette arrive first, after 5 minutes the cuttlefish ... And after 15 minutes the calamarata): result, we ate at the same table but separately looking at the next one. Bill adequate for what was eaten. EXCEPTIONAL food and location Service (intended and explained as above) NOT RECEIVED.
