When a simple dish like polenta is made with exceptional ingredients like ancient 8-row corn flour, the result is exceptional. Excellent staff and a refined mountain setting. To top it off, an incredible zabaglione.

Tipica trattoria di montagna , in un delizioso paese vicino sestriere : interni in legno, eleganti, raffinati , ambiente veramente bello. Il menù non è molto ampio : 3 antipasti, 3 primi, 3 secondi e dolci . Menù della polenta a parte (servita con spezzatino, salsicce , formaggi o uova ). Abbiamo iniziato con : - tartare di fassona con uovo di quaglia (buona fresca , deliziosa ) - tomino con speck e cipolle caramellate Abbiamo poi proseguito: - arrosto di cervo con polenta (buono) - polenta con uovo e burro fuso (uova deliziose ) - tagliolini con ragù di cinghiale : ragù un po’ liquido , il piatto che ci ha convinto meno. Deliziosa la torta di nocciole Prezzi onesti Servizio un po’ lento Un buon indirizzo a Champlas

Le Scuderie della Tesoriera

09/11/2025: A lovely restaurant in Villa Tesoriera Park. In the warm season, dining outside is wonderful. It's closed on Mondays. Tuesday through Saturday, hours are 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On Sundays, it closes at 8:00 p.m.
29/10/2025: Inside the Tesoriera Park, a quick stop for a snack. The restaurant is next to the Italian Alpine Club branch. It seats about thirty inside, and during the warmer months, there are tables outside. Reservations are available for lunch and dinner. I limited myself to a platter of cured meats and cheeses (the latter served with honey). Everything was very well-prepared. The staff is friendly. There are also many mothers with children after their hikes. Worth a try.

06/12/2025: Hotel restaurant near Turin Caselle Airport, very easy to find in a strategic location. Professional, friendly, and helpful staff. I received a first-class welcome. The restaurant and hotel were clean, the food excellent, and my Angus steak was perfect.
29/11/2025: Wedding lunch. The aperitif buffet was excellent, with plenty of hot and cold options, and unlimited spritz and prosecco. We could have stopped there, because the "real" meal served at the table didn't quite live up to my expectations.
