Even though we arrived late due to snow and had not warned that one of our guests was gluten intolerant, they served us an excellent and abundant mushroom dinner, preparing dishes dedicated to the intolerant. We will definitely be back

Very good food but a little expensive
The best quality/price ratio is the polenta with 4 side dishes (stew, sausage, deer stew and tanning polenta) at €25 but it can practically be eaten by 2!! Excellent fried porcini mushrooms, beautiful place

Very nice but too expensive for what it is. Food ok but traditional, you can't pay €22 for gnocchi and cheese, it's immoral. Some dishes not good (omelette, salmon trout).

Eat some polenta but the real one made in the cauldron, perhaps made of copper? And with what side dish? But at Martin there are 4 and you can also take them all together (but one at a time!)...Venison, sausage, veal and cheese...And they are all delicious like the first and second courses, but what, in my opinion, the naturally Piedmontese dessert deserves more, and it is the master of all, the hot zabaglione served with a biscuit. The Regina Claudia plums are very welcome, in small bowls, almost as an appetizer.

Beautiful mountain trattoria, with typical setting and furnishings. Truly excellent food, dishes varied throughout the year and cooked with skill and attention. Nice simple and flat walk from Sansicario alta to reach it as an alternative to the car

After a walk in this beautiful mountain place, we stopped to have an aperitif:
1 Sprite in a can
1 clear Menabrea of 33cl
1 Crodino
1 Campari Soda
0 snacks (e.g. crisps, pretzels)
Total: €20
I recommend asking for the menu because the cocktails are out at €15 each.

Finalmente una polenta concia eseguita a regola d’arte ricca di formaggi e molto gustosa. Il locale è molto bello e , nonostante fosse pieno, siamo stati serviti con discreta rapidità. Buona anche la costata e lo zabaglione finale.

Ho ordinato un tris di antipasto, (fiore di zucca in pastella, cruda di Fassone con uovo di quaglia e crostino con paté di cervo e fico caramellato) tutto squisito e gli gnocchi alla tona di alpeggio una bontà!! Mio marito ha ordinato cruda di Fassone con 🥚 di quaglia , costata alla piastra, patata al forno e 2 caffè! Prezzo giusto! Da tornare 👍🏻
