I just had dinner here five days ago. Given that I almost never use 5 stars, I too often read banalities connected to them, resembling advertising refrains. At the Marsupino restaurant I spent a special evening, I had an excellent dinner, in a welcoming environment, I appreciated the kindness offered to me, excellent service. Highly selected raw materials, positively surprising preparations whilst respecting tradition. I declare myself fully satisfied, I recommend it.

A trattoria located deep in the Piedmont Cuneo province. In particular, it is a talented restaurant that chefs in the same industry aspire to go to more than any other star-rated restaurant. Due to its popularity, reservations are difficult, and despite being difficult to access, the restaurant is fully booked even on weekdays. It's also an auberge where you can stay overnight, so some people enjoy their meals thoroughly and then go to bed. It has a history dating back to 1901, and has a sense of dignity and cleanliness, as well as a stylish and casual atmosphere, creating an atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy yourself. The dishes are based on traditional elements, but they are delicate, and the accents of flavors and ingredients are excellent, and they pay attention to the temperature, which I thought was as expected. Great restaurant. ●Guinea fowl mousse, paprika sheet, white truffle ●Salt cod, cardoon ●Khitara, snail sauce ●Agnolotti Dal Pudding ●Piedmontese beef, fondue sauce, white truffle Piedmontese beef has delicious red meat, which is my personal preference. I fell in love with it. ●Wild fennel ice cream The ice cream with a strong hint of fennel left an impact at the end of the course.

Family-run restaurant like it used to be: the service is impeccable, attentive to the customer, precise and kind! The food is really good with dishes that enhance seasonal ingredients with lightness and taste. Attention to detail with small entries, small pastries and very good bread and breadsticks. Truly congratulations!

This restaurant remains a favorite of mine, time and time again. The quality remains consistently high, with an extensive selection of delicious dishes and an impressive wine list of over a hundred wines, which are also delicious.
