Colorificio Fumagalli in Vado Ligure on a business trip... had lunch there... 5 stars for the ingredients, service, expertise, wines, and reasonable waiting times. Extremely kind and honest. The food is divine... tradition and local tradition.

Trattoria Review: I dined with my wife a week ago at this restaurant. The restaurant has a clean, elegant, and uncluttered style, with vaulted ceilings and exposed brick. We appreciated the choice of table layout, which allows diners to dine in a more intimate setting, avoiding the noise and confusion typical of other restaurants. The expertly prepared dishes draw inspiration from traditional Piedmontese cuisine, enhanced by the use of the finest ingredients. We loved the tasting menus, which allow you to fully appreciate "Piedmont at the table." The service was impeccable, with the icing on the cake being Luca, a friendly and talented sommelier who, with extreme skill and charm, accommodates diners' tastes in selecting the perfect wine pairings for each dish. The wine list is practically endless, with a wide selection of local wines and the option of "Coravinizing" even some of the finest bottles by the glass (another very rare perk in restaurants!). The final verdict can only be decidedly positive and the experience well worth it. Congratulations!

I had dinner with my husband at this trattoria. It was a very pleasant discovery. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere was family-friendly, especially Luca, who was welcoming and professional. We had tastings. The dishes were beautifully presented and tasty, and of excellent quality. We'll be back.
