I have been eating at Luigi's, excellently assisted by his son Francesco, for at least 10 years. This belated review arises from the observation that in all these years, rather than being satisfied with maintaining the already remarkable quality of their cuisine and their service, they have instead wanted and been able to constantly improve. They stubbornly seek excellence in cured meats, cheeses and above all in cuts of meat. Few times in legendary Tuscany have I tasted better.
