Trattoria Mario In Firenze

La mia ragazza ha prenotato il ristorante con un anticipo di un mese e a momenti non trovava posto. Siamo stati in questo locale vincitore di una puntata di 4 ristoranti con Borghese. A mio avviso la vittoria è più che meritata. Anche se l'ambiente è un pò spartano, tuttavia tipico delle trattorie cittadine fiorentine, risulterà imbattibile la qualità della cucina, la cortesia del personale di sala e anche il conto. Se volete immergervi nella realtà fiorentina questo locale è tappa obbligata. Continuate così!

La storia della cucina toscana, se vuoi mangiare una fiorentina vera e buonissima in vero stile fiorentino devi venire qui! si mangia benissimo ogni altra portata del menu, esiste ancora la condivisione dei tavoli che secondo me è cosa fantastica…. andate per credere!

We ate so well at lunch that we decided to go back the same day for dinner! Excellent food, hospitality and super environment! I recommend the lampredotto and the Florentine 🤤 It will definitely be a fixed stop for the next weekends in Florence!

Reservation required!! Just make a reservation via email and visit! I can communicate in English! T-bone can be ordered with a minimum weight of 1.3kg, and anything less than that can be ordered as L-bone. Two people went and we were curious about the T-bone, so we ordered 1.3kg! (As expected, there were too many, so I noticed it and asked to take it away... 🫣) (When I went in January 25, it was 55 euros per kg) When I ate the sirloin part, I thought, wow, it’s delicious😄, but when I ate the tenderloin part, I thought, wow, it’s delicious!!!😲. 🥩 The overall steak was delicious, light and not salty! I thought it would be too much if I ordered pasta, so I ordered 4 euros of potato 🍟 and it was also delicious. Not salty and savory! 🥤 One thing that is disappointing is that there is no Coke Zero! Available as regular cola! It's a bit expensive to eat this kind of dinner every day, but if you're visiting Florence, I recommend trying it at least once! It's not a waste of money. It was a good tourist experience 🦭 ⚠️ Caution: It’s delicious so be careful not to overeat! I ate too much and got a bit of an upset stomach haha. I overate at lunch and got an upset stomach, but I recovered quickly and had a good dinner at the hotel! (Kimchi fried rice made with take away meat...😋)

The best dinner we had in Florence by far, ravioli and filetto at a great price and highest quality. The meat here is to die for. The service was great too, not only fast but gentle as well.
