With a very warm and homely environment and decent prices, I full-heartedly recommend the local dish, stew beef.

Since the reviews from Koreans are so polarized, I'll share my experience as it happened.
I sent an Instagram DM the day before to ask if reservations were available.
They responded around evening, saying only 12 PM was available, so I asked them to make a reservation right away.
They contacted me again the next morning to confirm.
(They said you can't choose the menu when making a reservation, but order at the counter.)
I arrived at the entrance around 11:35 AM, and the staff were meeting and preparing.
They came out at 11:45 AM, took my name, and greeted me very kindly.
I was first in line, but they showed me to a large shared table.
Others who came alone were also shown to a large table like mine. There were so many customers that some of the people who came after me sat at tables shared by two people. (The restaurant isn't very big, so it's cozy.)
A bag of bread was placed at the table, and they gave me a menu...
The menu was in cursive and full of text, which was a bit confusing.
Still, when I asked about it when I ordered, they kindly explained it to me,
and said that if you come alone, the 600g steak is the best recommendation.
I ordered tomato and bean soup for 5 euros, a 600g steak for 28 euros, and a glass of house wine (full) for 2 euros.
Including a 1 euro service charge (table fee? tip?), my bill came out to 36 euros.
After ordering, the kitchen cut the steak, and boom!
I asked if I could take a picture, and they were so kind that they smiled and snuck in next to the kitchen to let me take a picture.
I didn't ask how well the meat was cooked. (The traditional bistecca method requires rare.)
The meat was cooked just right, with a slightly crispy exterior.
The interior was moist and delicious, but not so rare that it bled.
The meat on the bone was definitely rare, which may be a matter of personal preference, but I enjoyed the meaty flavor and thought it was similar to Korean tteokbokki, so I thoroughly enjoyed it.
*Warning* I crunched on bone fragments about three times while eating.
Thankfully, the meat was tender enough to chew gently. If I had chewed too hard, I almost broke my teeth.
As you can see in the photo, the bone was cut right there, which I think indicates freshness.
But be careful.
The meat was tender and delicious overall. The meat was about 5cm thick, so if you slice it too thick, it might be chewy. I recommend thinly slicing.
I'm not a fan of tteokbokki;;; The €2 house wine wasn't too bitter, but it wasn't delicious... I recommend just one glass for pairing.
The tomato bean soup was delicious.
It was so delicious that I resisted the urge to pick it up and tear it open, but instead, I pretended to be formal and used a knife to eat it. It would be fun to take a picture of myself picking it open.
This is a restaurant I would recommend to anyone.
I'd love to go back again.

What can I say? What a wonderful experience! The atmosphere was unique... I've never eaten Florentine steak so good, savoring it down to the last bite!

It definitely deserves its good name. A rustic and authentic restaurant with an open kitchen. The Florentine steak was superb, and the staff was courteous and welcoming. The prices are fair for the quality.

Restaurant with typical Tuscan food, it seems family-run, the service is good and friendly. I loved the peposo du manzo, a delicious beef stew.
