Three pearls. The prawn with chopped almond breading, the fresh and perfectly cooked scorpion fish, the homemade cheesecake. The rest of the menu, very 80s, was of medium-low quality even for a trattoria. A mention for the service provided by the girl in the dining room.

The place is very spartan, typical of a trattoria and as such there is a nice "home" atmosphere. The food is very good with generous and tasty portions. My opinion was probably negatively influenced by the final price, certainly not by the restaurant. I had seen that there were different menus advertised (3 courses €40 per couple, 4 courses €55 per couple), which actually seemed quite convenient. I don't know if it was because I had booked with a €50 voucher from The Fork but I felt a little penalized when I received the bill. Our lunch largely corresponded to the advertised menu of €55 per couple (we took their suggested starter, a first course of the day each and then a dessert for two with two coffees and an amaro del capo, water and house wine ) but it cost us exactly double (we spent €103.50 for a starter and a first course each with a shared dessert). A little if I look at the advertised menus and the fact that I was in a restaurant. Obviously no controversy, I was probably wrong in not asking for more information when we sat down and the menu wasn't brought to us but simply some dishes "of the day" were listed which turned out to be a little expensive. Also because, if I had known that those two mixed starters would have cost me €36, I probably would have taken something more to my liking and of my choice. Same thing for the Genoese seafood...€22 because it cost almost as much as the lobster linguine (from the online menu €26...at this point I would have taken those!!!). I repeat, no controversy because the food was delicious. But a bit of a bitter taste in the mouth that wouldn't have been there if they had brought us the menus to choose from and not led us to choose blindly believing that they were offering us a "menu" formula.
