Everything extraordinary! From the great appetizer, moving on to the second course that actually drives your taste buds crazy, to the main course that actually drives you crazy, you arrive at a wonderful dessert! The excellent wine, the extraordinary service and the superb atmosphere! A place that doesn't let you leave too soon! Wonderful and highly recommend!

I'm still at the table but it's impossible to continue without doing a review.
Everything was excellent, from the starter to the dessert, hospitality and courtesy.
After running 10 km in this wonderful city, the stop for refreshment in this restaurant was perfect.

Nice Tuscan Trattoria, in Santo Spirito. Excellent staff and really delicious dishes. We gas the amazing meatballs and vegetable flan that were really great, the creamy Tuscan bean d oup with pasta was amazing. Also ordered the fresh baked cannelloni, probably the best we ever had. It is really authentic. I would highly recommend it. Not touristy at all

We were just strolling along when we stumbled upon Mama Gina’s. Checked the reviews and decided to walk in to have our dinner. Thankfully, it was early so we could get a table for 4 without making reservations. The service was good but the food was delicious - had meatballs, wild boar with pappardelle, beef canneloni, beef steak and a raging gnocchi 😋 Highly recommended and really glad to have stumbled upon this cosy and delicious joint.

No sé qué agua con gas están usando, pero ¡Oh DIOS MÍO fue refrescante! era diferente de cualquier otra agua con gas que teníamos en Italia!
El restaurante era muy acogedor, las porciones de comida eran enormes! no pudimos terminar nuestros platos! el personal era muy amable.
La burrata estaba muy fresca con los jugosos tomates deliciosos. Los carpaccios eran muy gruesos y buenos, las alcachofas eran jugosas y deliciosas, pero personalmente no me gustó la "Bistecca alla fiorentina" ya que era muy salsa! tal vez porque no estoy acostumbrado a las carnes pesadas!
Después de todo, gran restaurante y el agua con gas suficiente vale 5 estrellas.
