Nice discovery today in Florence.
The food was excellent.
The spaghetti alla chitarra with finocchiona ragù was exceptional.
The prices are reasonable for a major tourist destination like Florence.
The service was very friendly!

Mother Gina's suggestion is divine. Table for one. Good prices. I didn't want to eat much and would have liked to try more dishes, but as a chef, I'd had a few extra days of work mixing and wine, and I was craving meat and water. I ordered the tagliata with GP (a type of Spanish sausage) with golden potatoes and sparkling water. They gave me a knife—"it really cuts"—and the truth is, the meat was so tender it practically fell apart at first glance, spectacular. Everything was perfect. Exquisite service, the meat was cooked rare but not cold. The potatoes were so delicious you couldn't leave a single one. Good olive oil. I promise to return because I didn't go sooner; my stay had ended. Thank you all for your professionalism.

The food was good, except the gnocchi had a bland and acidic sauce. The service was okay until the end. At first, I asked to split the bill, and he said it was no problem, but in the end, the waiter refused to split it according to what each of us ate. He only wanted to divide it equally, which doesn't work for those who eat less. I tried to talk to the waiter about it, but he told me, "That's how it's done here, period," in a rather unfriendly way.

If you go, go for the fried chicken!! So light and crispy & delicious!! It’s not often to find a chicken dish in Italian restaurants. The pasta dish was good but nothing special. We didn’t order dessert.

The truffle and pistachio pasta was delicious. I also really liked the osso buco.
The steak was delicious, of course, but I'm sure it would be just as good in Japan.
It depends on the season, but if you book through Thefork, you can get a big discount, so it's worth checking. I got a 30% discount.

This place was so good my wife literally cried while eating it! Delicious truffle and pistachio pasta. The meat was quite rare/blue but but the taste was 10/10
The meatball appetizer was also phenomenal!
