Good food, decent portions, and a fair price.
Nothing earth-shattering, but if you want Roman food, it's not bad.

The dishes reflect traditional Roman cuisine. The quality of the ingredients is good. The prices aren't too high. Parking isn't easy, as the restaurant is right next to Piazza Castelnuovo, but the central location is a plus.

Great small restaurant a short way from Politeama, on a not-too-busy street corner. Nice inside & outside seating. Very good servers make sure you're happy throughout, but are not a nuisance.
I had the delicious eponymous pasta dish (Tonnarelli Magna Roma) and an eponymous drink, the Spritz Magna Roma. Both were terrific and reasonably priced. The drink was somewhat darker and made me think of a Negroni Spritz (which I have not seen). The pasta was a more interesting variation on the carbonara, with mushrooms and crunchy artichoke slices. Very good! Another time I had tonnarelli pasta with zucchini, and it was delicious! Spicy accents of black pepper in the cheesy sauce, and wonderful grilled zucchini.
And they are known for their Cacio e Pepe, a classic Roman dish that they do very well!
Very pleasant and relaxing place. I'm a regular now!

A typical Roman restaurant in the historic center of Palermo. It was the first to open in Sicily. Opened almost 10 years ago, it has now become a chain/franchise. The menu is extensive and the staff are friendly. Martina, in particular, was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests and needs with a dazzling smile. My only complaint is the pecorino sauce, which was too thin and therefore lacked concentrated flavor. I'll definitely be back, as it remains one of my favorite places to enjoy a meal.

I've been to Magna Roma at the Politeama, and I have to say it was a great experience. The staff is truly friendly and helpful, always ready to explain the dishes or offer suggestions without being intrusive but friendly.
The cuisine is excellent: everything we tried was delicious, with well-balanced flavors and generous portions. The carbonara and artichokes alla giudia were top notch! The presentation of the dishes was also pleasing to the eye.
The restaurant is clean and tidy, both at the tables and in the bathrooms, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a special occasion.
You can also dine outside.
In short, Magna Roma is a place where you eat well, with courteous staff and attention to detail. I will definitely be back.

It's a chain, so expect chain-level quality. The food isn't bad, and the service is very quick.
I found the appetizers superior to the main courses.
