After seeing so many stories about this place I managed to go there and I must say that I left satisfied! Really as I had imagined... very good, super! Both mine and my brothers'. The service was also excellent, the staff was very kind and super attentive!! I wasn't able to finish the pasta since there was so much of it (I think I'll dream about it at night...) the waiter was thoughtful enough to ask if there was something wrong. ♥️I'll be back, I can't wait!

Atmosfera e cucina romana, piatti abbondanti e personale gentilissimo soprattutto Vincenzo! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo e posizione strategica per fare poi una passeggiata in centro! Ottimi i primi piatti tradizionali e il gran tagliere della casa

Grandi potenzialità, il cibo l'ho trovato sempre buono. Ogni tanto un po' salato, ma, il più delle volte ben preparato. Con tempi d'attesa nella media... Un po' di rammarico per la gestione. Per esempio: arrivo lì alle 19:05, la porta è aperta, desidero cenare. Entro, vado dal cameriere. Mi dice che iniziano alle 19:30. Allora dico se mi posso sedere e attendere l'orario che tanto ho il pc. Il cameriere mi dice che devono cenare, meglio se ripasso, se ne parla alle otto meno venti (19:40) spuntano quindi 10 minuti in più... In pratica fa uscire il cliente che poi, giustamente, va altrove. Inoltre altre volte avevano fatto sedere un po' prima...comportamento incoerente, umorale... Mi dà l'idea che tirino avanti grazie alla posizione ed alla particolarità dei piatti. Ma che poi il personale sia alla Gramuglia: quando può scantonare, coglie la palla al balzo! Finché si tratta di andarci il sabato o la domenica funziona. Ma flessibilità extra per accattivarsi il cliente... nada 🤌 Quindi ok come posto, ma non ci investirei per il futuro. Al primo cambio di moda o arrivando più concorrenza, non sapendosi coltivare i clienti, secondo me, chiude tutto...
