A historic Milanese restaurant. We had lunch outside in the courtyard, and thanks to the beautiful sunny day, we were able to appreciate it even more. Professional and fast service, quality dishes prepared according to tradition. I really appreciated the trattoria's style and the menu.

Dinner on Thursday, March 12, 2026, two of us without a reservation. After a few minutes of waiting, the person at the door seated us. Despite the restaurant being packed, the service was prompt. The staff were attentive and professional. The food and wine were good. We'll be back.

Good home-style food. The torteloni with cheese and pear are delicious, as is the ossobuco. I wasn't particularly impressed with the Milanese rice. But everything else was exquisite. The homemade tiramisu was also very good. Nice atmosphere, good service, a lovely and very reasonably priced place.

Good food, good value. It's a shame the waitress (the manager, I assume) was rude. The other waiters were nice, but unfortunately I think there was a staff shortage because you had to call them and they wouldn't come to us. They also forgot things. It's a shame because the place was nice and the food was good, but the manager ruined the experience.

Excellent food, traditional Milanese cuisine in a pleasant setting. Unfortunately, the quality of the food is spoiled by the service. The service is far too slow and overwhelmed. It took an hour to be served. It's like a factory without the efficiency. What a shame.

A unique welcome made of smiles, jokes (all discreet), and thoughtfulness. A young, brilliant, professional, attentive staff, always prepared. Delicious food, made from excellent raw materials, from preparation to presentation... that saffron flavor in the rice, a little hidden but fantastic on the palate... a tender, flavorful, and well-prepared ossobuco. Amazing rib steaks... an excellent wine cellar with good pairings. Truly a place to spend a unique evening. Each of them left their mark, from their smile to their joke, from their attention to their history... Try it and go; we won't forget this experience.

most of the food was actually very good, seasonal ravioli with pear were delicious, however, the service was so rude that it ruined our experience. we were there for lunch so maybe it’s different in the evening

24/02/2026: A restaurant located in the heart of the Navigli district, combining Milanese tradition with modernity. The cured meats among the appetizers are delicious, and the ravioli delle Lavandaie are noteworthy, as is the risotto. The braised beef with porcini mushrooms and polenta are also interesting. The desserts could perhaps be better. Vegetarian options are also available. The staff are extremely kind and friendly, and the bill isn't cheap, but the place is very charming, and after all, it's the Navigli district.

03/02/2026: Their menu changes seasonally every 4-5 months; we went based on photos we saw in Google reviews, but some of those dishes were from the summer menu. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with our choices. The Puntarelle we chose as a starter was refreshing and unique. The artichoke and shrimp risotto was delicious; the shrimp were very fresh, and the harmony with the grated artichoke was amazing. The seafood ravioli was very successful with its filling; although the sauce was delicious, the only drawback was that it arrived a little cold. My wife chose Ossobuco, a Milanese classic; the meat was tender, and the sauce and marrow were fantastic. The fact that the coffee cost €4 and they charged €10 for 'coperto' (table fee) made the price-performance ratio a bit off. While the flavors were excellent, the prices could have been a little more reasonable. The atmosphere was very elegant and thoughtful.
01/02/2026: You always wonder if they're recommending places for tourists, like us, who aren't from Turin. However, Solferino Restaurant is the perfect place for dinner. It's a popular spot for Turin residents, with excellent service and a delicious dinner. The traditional Piedmontese dishes are delicious. Paola, the woman who helped us choose our dishes, was always very kind and helpful. She answered any questions we had about our choices with courtesy and kindness. I recommend everyone try it.
