It was a delightful discovery. Invited to dinner by some friends, I had the pleasure of sampling the dishes prepared by Oliviero, the owner, in a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it for horse meat lovers.

I am happy to say that eating here is one of the most beautiful experiences for those who love typical Salento cuisine. The best thing is that it is like going to eat at grandma's house but you don't know how much she spent but you certainly know you are eating well... spectacular chef comes out to ask customers "how are you?" His wife and daughter are pure force of kindness and work energy, not even an expert waiter can manage to control the lady's room... I recommend it to everyone, eating is the most important thing, relax and enjoy the evening!!!!

Horse meat, hands down the best I've ever had: arrosticini, diaphragm, rib eye, meatballs. A unique experience, fair prices, and the owners are incredibly kind. Plus, which doesn't hurt, you eat in the little square, and I have to say, the beauty of the surrounding scenery almost made it feel like you were in a movie. Thank you! See you soon.

The best horse meat in Salento! Horse skewers...my mouth is still watering! Very friendly staff...with a festival going on, they found the place right away! Everything was good and reasonably priced. A culinary experience worth repeating. The location faces the castle. Very cute.
