Horse meat, hands down the best I've ever had: arrosticini, diaphragm, rib eye, meatballs. A unique experience, fair prices, and the owners are incredibly kind. Plus, which doesn't hurt, you eat in the little square, and I have to say, the beauty of the surrounding scenery almost made it feel like you were in a movie. Thank you! See you soon.

The best horse meat in Salento! Horse skewers...my mouth is still watering! Very friendly staff...with a festival going on, they found the place right away! Everything was good and reasonably priced. A culinary experience worth repeating. The location faces the castle. Very cute.

Unpretentious local cuisine but well prepared for a nice evening with friends or family without breaking the bank with the prices, calm atmosphere and very pleasant environment.

A wonderful evening spent with my brothers and their families! A stunning ancient village and a family atmosphere, delicious appetizers in keeping with the typical Apulian home cooking tradition! The grilled meats were delicious, with various cuts and varieties! The spumone, the final dessert, was the perfect end to an evening with family and friends, as the owners proved to be… thank you… my land is still all this and who cares about a chipped plate!!!! Thank you so much!
