Beautiful place, quiet and welcoming. The food is very good. The service is excellent.

Reading some convincing reviews (and not the usual "opaque" decoys) at the beginning of the month while in the area, I decided to use this place, and I was right! An informal, old-fashioned place, where you can eat a "majestic" Florentine steak served to perfection and seasoned by the friendliness of the owner, Mr. Paolo. Their crostini and beans all'uccelletto are also very good. I also appreciated their wine (Tenuta San Michele), a Chianti delle Colline Fiorentine served in the traditional and now unobtainable straw-covered flasks: a real chic! Prices are more than fair and adequate, as were the waiting times. Promoted with full marks.

The first weekend of the month, a friend of mine and I were guests of this inn where, let me specify straight away, we had a great time. Meanwhile, the accommodation facility is located in an enviable strategic position with respect to Florence, both because it is no more than two kilometers from the Florence-Scandicci (A1) motorway junction, then because it is a five-minute drive (but five really) from the terminus of the Villa Costanza Tramway to Florence which, with just twenty minutes of travel, takes you to Santa Maria Novella and, finally, because around the Locanda you can park your car easily and in all safety. The inn has large rooms, "grandmother's/aunt's rooms in the countryside" style, with a very comfortable bed, great "sleep quality" (at a certain time you can't hear a fly flying) and a super huge bathroom, with every type of comfort. Abundant breakfast, served (at least when I was there) with enormous kindness by the owner: Mr. Paolo; extremely careful to satisfy my particular dietary needs (gluten free, being celiac). Furthermore, I would like to point out that the Locanda also has an excellent restaurant, where my friend and I literally licked our fingers at the quality of the food...not to mention the quantity. What can I say: my friend and I were very happy, also due to the more than honest price we were charged and, when we find ourselves in the area, we will DEFINITELY return both to stay and to eat!!!! Splendid trattoria of the past. Typical Tuscan dishes cooked "alla buona", with a service that is sometimes surreal, but for this very reason inimitable. Those who are not looking for a snobbish place, those who are not looking for table service from a glossy magazine, those who are not looking for the cloying fashion of chic plating that is prevalent nowadays, those who on the contrary are looking for very well cooked food, a homely and welcoming environment, at Dino's will find themselves like a mouse in cheese

Very welcoming, clean and well located restaurant. Truly unique dishes of the Tuscan tradition. The steak stands out, something exceptional, perfectly cooked. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
