A historic Trattoria, where you are welcomed in a classic environment with a sober elegance (the wall chandeliers in the second room are particular). The staff is genuine: the waiter has an irony almost like that of a Romagna lyricist, and it is possible to be served by the owner who is now very experienced. I tried the Supreme Leonida, a slice of chicken stuffed with raw meat and cheese (perhaps a lighter version of the Petronian or Bolognese cutlet). The tagliatelle are good. Wine cellar provided. There are 2 menus (there are some particular dishes of the peasant tradition that are not easily found elsewhere), prices in line with the average of the center of Bologna, which has now become touristy, a little above what you can expect from this place. Must try.

In giro alla scoperta di questa bella città, siamo capitati per caso in questo delizioso ristorantino, fuori dalle rotte turistiche, piuttosto piccolo ma gradevole. Staff giovane e cortese, piatti della cucina tipica bolognese davvero molto buoni. Discreto rapporto qualità prezzo. Assolutamente consigliato!

Restaurant in the center of Bologna, a stone's throw from Strada Maggiore. The place is a little dated, but nice. The food is good, with typically Bolognese dishes, but not only. Friendly and professional staff. Advised.

The best tagliatelle bolognese ever. Packed with so much flavour that makes us wanting more. We also ordered tortellini in cream sauce which was decent. Portions were on the smaller side but I was full by the end of eating. Would suggest ordering the prosciutto and parmigiano reggiano for starters since it was so good. Friendly waiters and waitresses who were able to accommodate us on a weekend evening without reservation.

muy buen restaurante en Bologna para disfrutar de platos locales, local agradable, limpio y en ambiente familiar. muy recomendables la pastas tanto por elaboracion como por materia prima.

Very welcoming place in the historic center of Bologna. It also has an external veranda. Typical Bolognese cuisine, recommended first and second courses, in season you can eat dishes with mushrooms and truffles. Courteous and competent staff, the owners are very nice. The wine list is complete.

13/12/2024: Place run by Asians, but clean, with quality products, and at fair prices Courteous and welcoming staff. Savory brioche filled with raw ham and bionissima cheese + barley cappuccino. All for 4 Euros. Well done!!

06/04/2025: We came here because of the numerous good reviews, but I wasn't very enthusiastic: you have to like the fact that some antipasti are already prepared at the table (the liver spread has clearly been there for a long time) as well as open bottles of wine and water. In addition to the antipasti that were already available, fresh ones were also served without asking what you wanted. Afterwards we both had a pasta dish. We skipped the secondo so we still had room for dessert. The meringue cake was very good, I've had better Zuppa Inglese. It seems to be a business model here to make the guests so full with antipasti and primi that they tend to forego the secondo, because it was the same at the other tables and the waiter immediately offered us this option. Afterwards we had an espresso and two grappa and paid 120 euros. There was no menu or price list anywhere at the table and for me this price was clearly too high for what was on offer.
26/02/2025: The staff and the owner were friendly, I didn't like finding the dishes already on the table, grilled aubergines, mortadella and liver pâté, as well as the wine already opened. Honestly, I didn't find any food cooked in a special way, the desserts delicious, the price high for what we ate
