The place is furnished in an unpersonal way. Needless to say, no parking, but in Rome it is the norm. They recommend the baked suckling pig and a slice arrives that is 50% meat and 50% pork fat and crispy skin + baked potatoes. These are excellent, I must admit. Local facing the street, with few possibilities for eating outdoors.

A place where you feel at home. Very friendly staff, excellent cuisine.
We tasted a mix of fried foods: courgette flowers, artichokes and tail meatballs. Cooked well and crumbly. Really excellent carbonara.
Prices perfectly in line with the quality.

Popular restaurant for its appearance and the dishes offered, decidedly less so for certain prices. Having said that, we ate reasonably well but without any particular memories.

Atmosphere of a real Roman trattoria, young and super friendly staff, attentive but at the same time very approachable, we were a table of 9 and they also had a lot of patience.😆Delicious dishes, generous portions, quality food and very honest prices. Special mention for the oxtail meatballs, the best I've ever eaten, top carbonara and absolutely worth getting the slice at the roll-up, where three can eat easily. Pleasant discovery in the Appia Antica area, we will definitely return.

Typical Roman cuisine, with traditional dishes. Very particular restaurant atmosphere. Everything we took was excellent. Artichokes Giudia style, supplì, sautéed chicory, tonnarelli cheese and pepper, rigatoni alla gricia and oxtail. We concluded with two desserts, all homemade, apple and cinnamon cake and ricotta and sour cherry jam tart. Fair price for what we got. Friendly and prepared staff. I highly recommend.
