A true pearl of Tuscan cuisine! We went to this trattoria and left with our hearts (and stomachs) full. The dishes are authentic, full of flavor and prepared with a care that has now been lost in many restaurants. You can feel the love for the cuisine in every course, with traditional but never banal flavors. A huge compliment to the owners, husband and wife, who run the place with impeccable professionalism and rare kindness. They make you feel truly welcome, like at home. Their hospitality and passion can be felt in every detail, from the service to the way they talk about the dishes. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for the true taste of Tuscany, with the warm and authentic atmosphere of the past. We will definitely be back!

The entrance is very inconspicuous and easy to miss. The atmosphere is very familiar and cozy. Despite communication difficulties, the service was attentive and helpful, and we were served promptly, and the food arrived quickly. The food was simple but incredibly good, and the portions were generous. The truffle tagliatelle was absolutely amazing.

The lunch celebrating our 35 year marriage could not have been in a better place. The food: extremely good, thought through, creative and elegant. A cosy small restaurant with a laid back intimate atmosphere. The service: friendly and efficient. The pricing: very “low”. We will most certainly not wait until the next anniversary to come back! “Ottimo!”

Thoughtful, verified ideal restaurant cuisine, excellent service from the owners and the atmosphere of a beautiful dinner. We took ravioli - it's the best ravioli in life, wonderful fillet with truffles, Florentine steak - very tender, which is rare. There is a separate wine list. Homemade marinated artichokes, handmade ravioli. This restaurant in Chianti and its owner are amazing, I really want to come back here

Ci siamo capitati per caso per spezzare il viaggio Milano Roma ed e' stata una piacevolissima sorpresa! In un ambiente semplice ma curato: carne eccellente , patatine fritte indimenticabili e vino bevuto da aggiungere alla lista di quelli da tenersi a casa. Pur essendo arrivati un po' tardi rispetto agli orari di questa zona, oltre alla cortesia di averci ospitato ugualmente, ringraziamo per il servizio attento e gentile. Torneremo!

Ottima cucina. Fiorentina cucinata ottimamente con scelta del pezzo da cucinare che, alta come da tradizione, si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca. Personale che ha i suoi corretti modi e tempi giustificati dalla gestione di in un locale piccolo e riservato ma sono molto accoglienti e ti sanno anche consigliare bene se glielo consenti.; necessita la prenotazione. Buoni anche i primi e i dolci. Noi abbiamo mangiato quelli da loro realizzati che sono caratterizzati da un'astrerisco sul menù. Ottima esperienza da ripetere

02/07/2025: trattoria Toscana suggested by a Florentine who told me that the Florentines go to eat at the trattoria Baldini kind and welcoming, they have traditional dishes, excellent quality/price ratio
18/06/2025: We were looking for typical Tuscan cuisine and this place was recommended to us, expectations were greatly exceeded. The menu is very large and full of choices (especially meat) but we were still served very quickly despite the place being full, compliments to the kitchen for managing so many dishes. Chef Dario came to advise us at the table and we were offered the possibility of having half portions so as to taste more courses, each more worthy than the other. The tortelloni alla maremmana and in general the homemade pasta were memorable, large portions, friendly and attentive service, the bill was even lower than we had expected. Reservations are recommended as they are full even in the middle of the week I often come to Florence for work and I will gladly return to eat here

La Bottega a Rosano

16/06/2025: Everything was excellent, the gastronomy is definitely worth trying too.
29/05/2025: At the Rosano shop, you can breathe the air of Florence, even though you are in the countryside. A few kilometers from Florence we are welcomed in a historic shop, where the products on display at the counter immediately activate the taste buds... cured meats, cheeses, delicacies in oil and sweets all typical and representative of the area. In spring you can eat outside under the large pergola while also enjoying the surrounding greenery. A must-see.
