Very simple restaurant, traditional food, we had a trio prepared, which they brought in a baking dish, but plenty of it, then tigelle and Crescentine, all very genuine and good. The price also seemed correct to me.

24/07/2025: Paccheri Guanciale Pecorino: The guanciale and pecorino are good, but the guanciale flavor dominates (perhaps a less aged pecorino would leave more room for the guanciale). Maccheroni al Pettine con Sugo di Costine: Maccheroni is definitely homemade, but it's too boney and the spare rib meat is minimal (I wonder why they didn't remove the meat from those two ribs, perhaps). For both dishes, a little more seasoning wouldn't hurt. Final verdict: good, but...
