Trattoria La Villa In Savigno

The Alla Villa hotel restaurant, near Savigno in the municipality of Valsamoggia, was open yesterday evening for a few intimate guests. From Monday it will be closed for renovations and a change of management. It will reopen as soon as possible, with the restaurant and bar renovated, and with the rooms renovated, hopefully in time for the new trade fair-congress season. When we reopen we will find the old staff, supported by new faces. So see you soon!

Un primo suggerimento: Google Maps non è accurato e sembra indicare un altro locale. Proseguite fino alla chiesetta, molto bella e con una storia suggestiva da raccontare; la trattoria la Villa e' proprio dietro la Chiesa. Il luogo è fresco , tranquillo, un bel prato davanti ed i tavoli sotto una grande pergola. Il locale è molto semplice, come ci si può aspettare , e magari richiederebbe qualche miglioria, ma nel complesso accogliente e familiare. Noi abbiamo scelto crescentine , affettati, salumi, formaggi, sottaceti : tutto ottimo, in particolare le crescentine fritte in modo insuperabile. Un posto dove tornare !

The location is a bit shabby but the cuisine is of good quality and the owner is very kind and helpful, the restaurant is surrounded by a beautiful and silent landscape
