Located on the lakeside of Trevignano, very welcoming, the food is fabulous, you can feel the raw materials and the way they are presented... the owner Giulio is a very helpful person, like his collaborators, who in addition to advising you and giving explanations about the dishes, you could spend hours talking with him. We were there for dinner on Tuesday 22nd July and returned for lunch the next day... it's a shame that Wednesday evening and Thursday were closed for rest otherwise we would have enjoyed other specialties... Excellent lunch, under the gazebo, in the cool breeze next to the lake. Delicious food: fried borage and battered sage accompanied by a bowl of fresh tzatziki. The tagliatelle with seafood ragù are delicious. Crispy fried lake fish. The side dishes are very good. Spectacular homemade desserts. Remarkable wine list. Careful and attentive service. Really recommended.

Writing excellent would not be very exhaustive, writing "seeing is believing" might be hasty, but I tell you that this place is truly worth it, at least once to try the specialties" that my chef friend Luigi Cipollini knows how to cook.

Excellent place with lake view. The outdoor tables are covered by a canopy. Considering the difficulty in finding parking, it is best to ask the owners for the space reserved for those who consume. Having made this small consideration, I can say that on a culinary level it was a great discovery; excellent fried food, tasty first courses and delicious desserts. We started with two excellent appetizers, a fried sage and borage with tzatziki...excellent, crunchy at the right point, then a plate of culatello and buffalo D.O.P. the ham was good but the bufata was exceptional. For first courses we took a stracchino and truffle ravioli with flakes of pecorino di fossa and scorzone truffle, cooked just right, the right quantity and well seasoned, perhaps the ravioli could have been slightly creamier but it was a good choice. Off the menu we took a homemade crepes filled with mushrooms, sausage and provola...excellent. before closing with dessert, we had a delicious sweet and sour caponata, finally we concluded with two excellent homemade desserts, which are truly worth it... a slice of chocolate and pear cake and a Nutella cheesecake. Congratulations indeed to Mrs. Rita. More than excellent value for money and fair portions.

Il locale ha i tavoli esterni fronte lago, offrendo in tal modo una bella vista, mentre l'interno del ristorante appare poco luminoso. Il personale è rapido e cortese ed i piatti sono cucinati bene con ingredienti di buona qualità, rispecchiando la tradizione romana. I prezzi sono in linea con quanto proposto.
