Luigi and his colleagues are rare examples of professionalism, hospitality, quality and imagination. For me a fixed stop every time I am in Gallipoli. I asked to reserve the entire restaurant to celebrate the birthday of a close friend and the treatment was impeccable and economically advantageous. Very fresh dishes prepared with great imagination and skill. Thanks Luigi. See you in the summer

In an old, perfectly renovated room, with exposed tuff block walls, there is this elegant tavern that offers typical dishes of Salento cuisine. We had fried calamari and prawns and an almond and fig semifreddo washed down with San Marzano: all excellent. Nice staff.

Una trattoria onesta, sapori semplici e autentici, servizio veloce , attentissimo e gentilissimo (su tutti Rino e la sua esperienza di professionista navigato e solare). Siamo al centro del passeggio ma in uno scorcio riservato con sempre una piacevole brezza di corrente della zona. Ci rivedremo.

Esperienza da 5 stelle. Abbiamo mangiato crudi di scampi e gamberi di Gallipoli ed il primo di spaghettoni ai frutti di mare, tutto di ottima qualità. Complimenti per la professionalità, qualità e gusto! Torneremo e lo consiglieremo sicuramente.
