Trattoria La Speranza In Solferino

Passing by with friends on bikes we stopped at this restaurant. There were 8 of us, it was better to book, we asked for the menu of the day, to keep the cost down, we had lunch outside under cover, very nice, and we ate very well. Grilled steak, salads, baked shank.

Typical trattoria, very good food and very attentive to intolerances

Trattoria discovered by chance, surrounded by large green spaces that, during the summer, almost recall the Tuscan landscapes. The cuisine is home-made: the menu offers numerous options of rustic tradition, including appetizers, first courses, second courses and desserts. And the best thing? You can request the Gluten Free version of each individual dish! They knead the GF bread themselves: you have to try it to believe in its goodness. In the photo, the green dish is GF. Nothing to envy the gluten option, in fact, neither in the presentation nor in the portions nor in the taste. Exceptional! The location is rustic, simple but elegant, in line with the cuisine offered. The service is fast; the staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The quality-price ratio is very good: the portions are abundant, the quality of the raw materials is evident and the price is more than fair. Highly recommended!

Locale che frequento di tanto in tanto. La cortesia del personale e’ una caratteristica non scontata di questi ristorante. Cucina tipica con prodotti di alta qualità. Il pranzo di cui faccio la recensione presentava fuori menù lumache con erbette e polenta: ne avrei mangiato una doppia porzione. Discreta carta dei vini con prezzi sempre nella norma

Un locale di grande sostanza, pochi fronzoli ma il gusto delle trattorie di una volta. Ambiente semplice e curato, servizio gentile ed efficace, piatti molto ben fatti, gustosi e con porzioni giuste. Prezzo corretto!
