Last time we came to enjoy a business lunch for €15: a first course, a second course, water, wine, and coffee, all delicious 👍👍👍Two years ago we came for the à la carte lunches😋😋😋
The restaurant has two small but simply furnished rooms, with a few paintings that tell the history of Solferino, a mirror that makes the place look a little larger, and a 1930s-style clock.
The excellent cuisine invites you to return:
delicious wild boar tortelli with fondue, the sliced beef - flavorful and melts in the mouth, the pâté on crostini is a pleasure to savour.
The "house wine" is also good and cleanses your mouth, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness. 😋
Usually, if I drink wine, I get bottled wine... but the "Speranza" one is truly excellent. 👍
I also recommend the desserts: delicious. 😋

Rating: Excellent. I had a second course of capunsei/casoncelli pasta, which I'd say were divine, followed by the donkey stew, which was absolutely no exception. It was all accompanied by good wine and the friendly staff. I highly recommend this place.

I'm here right now and I was thinking that this is one of the best places I've ever eaten gluten-free! The atmosphere is truly welcoming and the staff is fantastic! The quality/price ratio is top notch! I recommend it.

Fantastic, authentic food with local specialities, large wine assortment, Beer from the tab, amazing ambience and super friendly and attentive service. Typical Italian, close to perfection. We had a really nice evening.

We had a wonderful meal: the sea bass baked in foil and the venison tartare were truly delicious; great attention was paid to gluten- and lactose-free options. The homemade gluten-free bread is spectacular. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food, and the staff were incredibly friendly: what more could you ask for?

Celiac heaven! I went with my family to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We ate wonderfully, from appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent, and the entire menu is also available gluten-free! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, I highly recommend it to everyone... celiac or not! Congratulations!
