This place is truly special! We've eaten there several times and tried a variety of dishes. Everything tastes simply fantastic – we couldn't stop raving about it! You eat while listening to relaxed jazz music, and the hostess, Melina, dances cheerfully between the tables, humming along to the music. The portions are generous and the prices are more than fair! We paid just over €60 for an appetizer, two main courses, half a liter of wine, a large bottle of water, and dessert! Melina and her husband, Tommaso, are also very kind people and gave us one of the most wonderful encounters of our vacation. Melina speaks excellent English, so even people who don't speak Italian can get along well here. The trattoria is incredibly sweet and lovingly decorated: there are only five tables on the terrace, so you feel comfortable and at home (not an overcrowded tourist spot!). After Castel della Fava, this dinner was truly a treat. Appetizer: mustela, sausage, and blue pecorino cheese.
First course: chickpea soup and maccarones de busa with vegetables and salted ricotta.
All accompanied by a refreshing rosé.
Dessert: semifreddo with pompia, pecorino, and almonds, and tiramisu with myrtle liqueur. The grand finale: pompia liqueur.
The owner truly pampered us with her constant, unobtrusive attention, explaining the dishes her husband, Tommaso, expertly prepares.
A pleasant and delicious evening. Definitely worth trying again. I highly recommend it... but make sure to book!

It was a real pleasure to dine at this trattoria, which offers expertly reinterpreted traditional Sardinian dishes. The desserts are truly worth discovering, especially the myrtle tiramisu and rosemary semifreddo. The hostess's kindness and the homely atmosphere make this trattoria a place you'll want to return to time and time again.
