A really nice restaurant a few steps from the amazing Basilica; we ordered a “touristic” menu - an economic but wonderfully tasty option, and had a lovely time not only enjoying the food but also appreciating a wonderful oil painting conveying the feeling of midday heat in Umbria

I was there on May 1st at Sorta Maria degli Angeli. This restaurant is located near the center of the city. You can eat very well and spend very little. The staff is very kind and quiet. Then, leaving the restaurant, there are 3 or 4 ice cream shops that make excellent ice cream. If I can recommend the one next to the pizzeria or the one in front, they are exquisite.

We ate two pizzas here, a rocket 4 cheese pizza and a Napolitane pizza, which was very salty and a bit burnt, so it was hard to slice.
The place is clean, the terrace is nice, the service is fast and the staff is nice.

This restaurant is just steps from the Porziuncola, right in the city center! The pinsa is exceptional: light, fragrant, and above all, very digestible. The pizza is also excellent, made with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, perfect for an evening with friends. Special thanks to the waitress, super kind, helpful, and always smiling. I'll definitely be back!

This small restaurant is located just steps from the Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli. It's small but clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and fast. Pizza is cooked in an electric oven. A good option for a quick lunch. The menu is limited, but reasonably good. There are no architectural barriers.
