Descubrí una fantástica trattoria en Sestriere, perfecta para los amantes de la auténtica cocina italiana! La pizza es simplemente deliciosa, con una corteza crujiente e ingredientes frescos, mientras que la lasaña sabe igual que la perfección casera. La polenta es una verdadera delicia tradicional, y el tiramisú es el postre ideal para terminar su comida con una nota dulce y memorable. El personal es increíblemente amable y atento, haciendo que la experiencia sea verdaderamente agradable. El diseño interior es moderno, pero conserva ese auténtico encanto italiano, creando un ambiente acogedor y acogedor. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar!

Trattoria piccola, ma caratteristica con una bella veduta della vetta Rognosa dalla quale prende il nome. Il personale di sala gentile, cortese e premuroso. Do tre stelle perché nonostante il locale carino e caratteristico, la cucina con piatti tradizionali non ha sposato i miei gusti, il primo piatto di mio marito (pasta fatta in casa ripiena) non aveva un bel sapore, la polenta con il cinghiale non mi è piaciuta e mia figlia ahimè è rimasta digiuna in quanto ho chiesto un po' di polenta semplice e più cremosa, ma la cuoca ha riferito che cremosa non poteva farla (non ho capito perché se basta dosare più acqua) e quella arrivata a tavola era anche completamente insipida.

06/01/2025: Excellent food, very kind staff and they accept pets!! The place could use some dust removal in some corners, but the "table" is impeccable and we will certainly be back! The desserts are exceptional!
03/01/2025: Historic place, I have been going there since I was a child so many decades ago, it is a little affected by the past but still remains welcoming even if I would put the fireplace back into operation. Honest cuisine, nothing exceptional but dishes cooked well and with decent raw materials. Good and digestible pizza. Excellent value for money. After rediscovering it I go back every now and then, excellent for an informal dinner or a Sunday lunch, I recommend it, much better and honest than many places that set a tone without being able to afford it. Positive note they accept dogs.
