We ate at this lovely place today. The food was excellent, the view was stunning, and the staff were friendly, even with my little boy, who was treated to a delicious pasta dish just for him. See you soon. Highly recommended.

A restaurant that earns your trust the moment you walk in. The service is warm, straightforward, and refreshingly unpretentious. The food is delicious, homemade, and crafted with quality ingredients. Even the restrooms are spotless and thoughtfully equipped, including a changing table. 😅 This is a place that truly respects its guests, in the little things and on the plate. A delightful surprise, and a spot I wholeheartedly recommend. 👍

Beautiful, 2 days during the week. Half board at the end of August, €80 each, drinks not included. Room 4 recommended for the private balcony. The shower was fantastic, the mattress was a bit hard. Dinner was excellent, with exclusively Piedmontese dishes. The house wine was also good. Breakfast was good. Convenient parking to get there, then a short walk up a hill, but worth it. For those who don't mind, lovely walks in the hills.

I returned to La Placette to eat 🥣 to taste the typical local products, to say that it was exciting is an understatement, relaxed atmosphere, attentive service and availability and kindness always present .. I highly recommend it and if you want to stop in Usseaux, book a room, waking up in the greenery, in the middle of the 5 Borgate, is priceless 😍😍😍

A little gem in the mountains – impeccable stay and unforgettable cuisine. We spent two days in this accommodation surrounded by nature, and the experience was simply perfect. The property is meticulously maintained: a spotlessly clean room with a breathtaking view of the mountains. Relaxation reigns from the moment you arrive. The real highlight, however, is the restaurant. Every dish is a surprise, with local ingredients, authentic flavors, and impeccable presentation. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The only flaw was the hot tub, which didn't work. It's a shame. But we'll be back!

A must-see for anyone visiting the village of Usseaux. There's both a set menu and individual dishes. Everything is delicious, with modest portions. Dogs are welcome to eat in the dining rooms. Recommended.

22/09/2025: Finally a place, modern, where you can feel the savoir faire of the past. Bright, well heated and it is not an insignificant detail, because eating in the cold is unbearable, unless you are a ruminant, tables well spaced and spacious, furnished with elegant simplicity, cotton tablecloths and napkins and well ironed. Attentive, fast and courteous service. The cuisine is Piedmontese inspired, light and with quality products. Really good prices at lunchtime. In the evening they are slightly adjusted The clientele is not noisy, although intent on chatting. Polite and suitable for the place. In the evening there is an excellent tasting menu proposal: two appetizers, two first courses, a second course and a dessert. The waiter said that the portions would have been a little smaller. In my opinion they were abundant. The quality-price ratio is excellent. I didn't give 4 stars to the environment, because it clearly has no view or garden. Highly recommended. I suggest arriving at noon or booking, because from 1 pm onwards it fills up.
