Their specialty is borlenghi, a typical Modenese dish, and mixed cold cuts with tigelle and gnocchi, but their menu is also very interesting. It's worth a try to enjoy excellent specialties.

The borlenghi are good, but pretty basic, except for a few. The gnocchi were a complete failure, too greasy. The sliced pasta was decidedly poor, and perhaps keeping it in the refrigerator when it's above 30 degrees wouldn't be a bad idea. The price is okay for the borlenghi... But for the rest, given the poor quality, it's definitely not up to par. We can and must do better!

Spectacular Borlenghi! First courses with superior homemade egg pasta. Quick and friendly service. Simple Emilian trattoria-style atmosphere. Well done!

A historic trattoria in Vignola, the tortellini and borlenghi are excellent, and the fried gnocco is delicious, paired with a nice Lambrusco. Excellent value for money.

06/07/2025: Second time, all good. I like the track and the formula with qualifying + two races is perfect. Too bad that not all karts are at the same level and if you touch the slow one you feel the difference a lot.
02/07/2025: Stunning track, very fast but also technical. Great for those who are new to karting and also great for those who want to have fun with friends
