Their specialty is borlenghi, a typical Modenese dish, and mixed cold cuts with tigelle and gnocchi, but their menu is also very interesting. It's worth a try to enjoy excellent specialties.

The borlenghi are good, but pretty basic, except for a few.
The gnocchi were a complete failure, too greasy.
The sliced pasta was decidedly poor, and perhaps keeping it in the refrigerator when it's above 30 degrees wouldn't be a bad idea.
The price is okay for the borlenghi... But for the rest, given the poor quality, it's definitely not up to par.
We can and must do better!

A historic trattoria in Vignola, the tortellini and borlenghi are excellent, and the fried gnocco is delicious, paired with a nice Lambrusco. Excellent value for money.
