I recently dined at La Pentolaccia, and it was so good I went back for dinner twice! This casual dining spot strikes the perfect balance between a relaxed atmosphere and exceptional food. The service is fantastic—friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring every visit is a delight. The food is truly outstanding. The prawns were incredibly fresh and sweet, while the calamari were perfectly fried and seasoned. The pasta dishes, particularly the vongole and squid ink pasta, were absolute highlights—expertly prepared with bold, authentic flavors. The risotto was also very good, with a creamy, satisfying texture that rounded out the meal beautifully. If you’re looking for fresh seafood, incredible pasta, and top-notch service, La Pentolaccia is a must-visit. I can’t recommend it enough and will definitely be returning for another round!

We visited this place based on a recommendation from a friend who lives in Catania, and we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. Even during peak hours, when all the tables were occupied, we received our order very quickly. The portions were not very large, but this actually worked out perfectly as it allowed us to order dessert. The tiramisu was the best I’ve ever had in my life! Highly recommend this spot for great service and amazing food!

Great food at a good price. They have dishes of the day, pasta and fish. Plus, they have landlords that are to die for. And the pasta with mussels, clams and squid was delicious too. Abundant portions.

Ideal place to eat "good, nice and cheap." It is essential to order the antipasti (with a buffet option if you order a large size), and the homemade pasta. Affordable price and friendly service. They served us wine at a very good price (half a liter for €6), and hopefully they played live music like we did.

Una vera trattoria: semplice ma con buona cucina. Gentilezza e simpatia mi.hanno accolto. Piatti tipici siciliani molto buoni. Parmigiana , pasta al pesce, alla norma, cotoletta catanese... tutti buoni. Ha meritato una seconda visita Ottimo apporto qualità prezzo
