Perfect little spot, hidden on a very nice plaza. Food is just super tasty for a great price. The dessert plate is just the right amount of sugar you need. It’s a 10/10

Must say that the reviews are true! Went for lunch in the lovely open piazza behind the restaurant and it was lovely! Food was great, fresh and more than enough, tiramisu was special, rum with sultanas, excellent flavour, and the mini cakes they server absolutely out of this world! The guy who served us was so lovely, warm and smiley and kindly accommodated our quite few changes of the worder. We will come back for dinner 😀

Un almuerzo muy divertido con buena comida y personal muy amable. Teníamos calamares, ensalada caprese, mejillones, tiramisú y pastel fedora con mucho vino de la casa. Nos encantó el entorno al aire libre y los camareros eran muy serviciales y agradables.

14/09/2025: Everything was good, the service was fast, the location was very nice, authentic, they didn't rip you off, and the food was good. Not the easiest to get to if you don't know Macchia.
12/09/2025: The panoramic view of the Ionian coast, the terrace for summer evenings with live music, and the spacious interior make this place ideal for friends and family. The restaurant is ideal for events or simply for an evening with friends. My group and I, when we're looking for a cool evening and great food, this is the first place we think of. Dario, his wife, and all the staff make you feel at ease. See you next time!!

05/10/2025: Lovely, authentic Sicilian cuisine! Small restaurant, intimate vibe. Incredibly tasty food! Highly recommend the paccheri pesce spada and the involtini pesce spada (I love swordfish).
05/10/2025: The Hosteria's Bigoli with clams, shrimp, and pistachios was amazing. A must-try in Catania.
