I tried a lot of restaurants in Sicili with my girlfriend. This is by far the absolute best without a doubt. I cannot fathom how anyone would rate them less than five stars. You would have to be born without a tongue to rate them less than five stars.
Best pasta I ever ate. Period.
The service was absolutely amazing. They brought everything we needed, the second we needed. The antipasti was served immediately. The prices were completely acceptable, much cheaper than many other restaurants that do not even compare in the same league as them.
Can't go wrong with this restaurant. If you are in Sicilia, go here. You will not regret it!

First evening in Catania; as soon as we arrived, we asked the receptionist for advice and immediately booked a table at La Pentolaccia (reservations are recommended). We dropped off our bags and after a short stroll, we reached this trattoria. The warm welcome from a young man who, in addition to serving us, took the time to chat with us, made us feel right at home. Delicious food, a warm and friendly atmosphere, excellent prices, everything perfect! Thank you so much for everything, and best regards from Trieste.

A quiet place, traditional food, plentiful and tasty, very good prices for the area, and a delicious house wine. I'll definitely be back when I return to Catania.

Very typical Sicilian kitchen. The service was amazing with a very friendly and helpful staff. The food no comments, just perfect from the starters to the main. Was just sad that I didn’t have time to go back there again
