The place is obviously quite dated and would need a stylistic overhaul, as well as a menu update, but that doesn't mean it's neglected. Quite the opposite. The wooden furniture, like no one has anymore and to buy it today, would cost a fortune... that's perhaps why no one has it anymore...
The dishes offered are very tasty, simple, but very good. It's clear that good raw materials are used and cooked properly! The pork loin was exquisite and the pici cacio e pepe were enough to eat by themselves! A rare thing, a more than decent house wine!
In short, you eat well, without too many frills

Historic venue, fresh products for healthy ingredients. Excellent taste and great tradition. Accurate service and an environment cared for in its local simplicity

Food mmmm there is better, we ate a starter of good cold cuts, 2 first courses that honestly tasted of little, plain tagliatelle and seasoning put on top. Turning them around on a plate isn't the best, they remain partly white and I gradually add some parmesan to give them a bit of flavour.
