We are in a place bordering on the mystical, from the location to the precise and very intimate service. Everything, from the appetizers to the desserts, tastes of flavors from my childhood. It took me 20 years to get to this place but it was truly worth it. In my unquestionable opinion, RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR 2024

Simply spectacular! Incredible quality meats and cheeses! Sublime crostini to say the least, tortelli with butter and sage and fantastic ragù! Do we want to talk about fettuccine with mushrooms? Divine! The coffee is the icing on the cake. Thank you!

Very nice and helpful managers, traditional and well-kept environment, which welcomes you with a warm embrace.
We ate only appetizers and first courses, all freshly prepared, at a slow pace that gives you time to taste and enjoy all the strictly homemade dishes.
The lady goes from cooking to serving tables, pulling leaves and cutting tagliatelle without ever stopping singing!

We were passing through, stopped by chance on an ordinary work day...
It was an experience.
The lady rolled out the dough not far from us, humming.
Abundant starter: pecorino, giardiniera, cured meats, woodcock crostini, porcini salad, pumpkin and potato tortelli...
Then tortelli with ragù and tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms.
All in an environment that seems stuck in the 70s.
It was a blast from the past.

I recommend the tortelli, pan pepato and vin santo and coffee with herbs. Homemade pasta as well as desserts. Nice discovery: coffee with herbs and star anise. The pecorino isn't bad either. I didn't try the meats or cured meats. Friendly and affable family management

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di fermarci in questa trattoria sulla via verso casa. Il locale, nel centro del paese, è molto tradizionale. Il menu ci è stato descritto a voce poiché tutti i piatti vengono preparati in casa in base alla disponibilità della stagione. Come antipasti ci sono stati portati salumi e formaggi della casa, con crostini e verdurine, ed un tortello alla piastra davvero buono. Le tagliatelle, ai funghi e al ragù, sono tirate a mano e cotte fresche al momento. Il vino, della casa, è dolce e gradevole, e servito in delle belle fiaschette. Abbiamo concluso con un particolarissimo è buonissimo caffè aromatizzato alle erbe e con anice fatto in casa. È stata davvero un’ottima cena ed una bella esperienza. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili, ritorneremo sicuramente.

We were lucky enough to stop at this restaurant on the way home. The restaurant, in the center of the town, is very traditional. The menu was described to us verbally as all the dishes are prepared at home based on seasonal availability. As appetizers we were brought home-made cured meats and cheeses, with croutons and vegetables, and a really good grilled tortello. The tagliatelle, with mushrooms and ragù, are hand-rolled and cooked fresh on the spot. The house wine is sweet and pleasant, and served in beautiful flasks. We concluded with a very particular and delicious coffee flavored with herbs and homemade anise. It was truly an excellent dinner and a great experience. The owners were very kind, we will definitely return.

Siamo rimasti contentissimi per l'accoglienza e le bontà presentateci dalla casa. Il prezzo di quel che mangi lo si paga già solo nel vedere la signora che stende la pasta. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.
